About Anthropic Anthropic’s mission is to create reliable, interpretable, and steerable AI systems. We want AI to be safe and beneficial for our users and for society as a whole. Our team is a quickly growing group of committed researchers, engineers, policy experts, and business leaders working together to build beneficial AI systems. About the role Anthropic exists to ensure the world safely navigates the transition through transformative AI. That work is funded by commercial revenue — and every dollar of it runs through Billing Platform. We build and operate the infrastructure that turns product usage into revenue across everything Anthropic ships: Claude.ai , the Developer Platform, Claude Code, and whatever comes next. The faster we can price it, charge for it, and account for it correctly, the faster Anthropic can fund the mission. We’re looking for a software engineer to join Billing. Depending on where you land, you might be building the integration contracts product teams plug into so they can launch a paid SKU without becoming billing experts, automating the quote-to-cash lifecycle so enterprise deals don’t bottleneck on manual ops, or building the reconciliation and data foundations that keep every revenue number trustworthy at audit time. This is production-critical infrastructure where correctness is non-negotiable — a rounding error here is a revenue discrepancy somewhere else — and you’ll work closely with Finance, Product, Sales, and Accounting to build systems that scale with the business. What you’ll do Design and ship billing capabilities end to end — pricing primitives, payment flows, contract and entitlement models, revenue data pipelines — depending on the surface area you own. Build for correctness first. Billing data is financial data; you’ll develop the instincts for where idempotency, reconciliation, and audit trails matter and where they don’t. Own the interfaces. Whether it’s the billing API a product team integrates against or the revenue dataset Finance closes the books on, you’ll design contracts that hide the complexity and hold up under change. Make build-vs-buy calls. We lean heavily on third-party billing, payment, and tax platforms, and you’ll decide where to extend them and where to build our own primitives around them. Own the payments stack. Authorization rates and retry logic so a good card doesn’t silently decline, processing cost as a real number you drive down, automated dispute response, and fraud controls that stop bad actors without blocking real customers. Drive down the manual work. Enterprise contract amendments, pricing config changes, billing support escalations — a lot of it is still human-in-the-loop, and closing that gap is a direct line to scale. Operate what you ship. You’ll own SLOs on customer-facing flows, instrument the revenue pipeline so discrepancies surface before month-end close, and be on the hook when it pages. Partner across the company. Growth wants promotional mechanics, Sales wants quote flexibility, Finance wants GAAP-clean data, product teams want it yesterday — you’ll help thread that needle. You may be a good fit if you Have 8+ years building backend or platform systems in production, 3+ years leading large scale, complex projects or teams as an engineer or tech lead Have a track record of shipping in fast-moving environments where the requirements shift under you and you still land something correct and maintainable. Care about correctness and data integrity as first-class design concerns, not afterthoughts — and know how to build systems that are easy to reason about when money is on the line. Enjoy cross-functional work. Billing sits between Product, Finance, Sales, and Legal, and a lot of the job is translating between those worlds. Strong candidates may also have Built billing, payments, subscription, or fintech systems before — and know firsthand how a small pricing change ripples through the whole stack. Direct experience integrating or extending third-party billing and payment platforms, and opinions on where they fall short. Worked on revenue reconciliation, financial reporting pipelines, or systems that had to survive an audit. Experience with enterprise commerce — CPQ, quote-to-cash, contract management, or the operational side of B2B billing. Owned payments optimization in a self-serve or PLG environment — authorization rates, payment cost, fraud, chargebacks — and know what it takes to move those numbers without breaking the good customers. The annual compensation range for this role is listed below. For sales roles, the range provided is the role’s On Target Earnings ("OTE") range, meaning that the range includes both the sales commissions/sales bonuses target and annual base salary for the role. Annual Salary: $405,000 — $485,000 USD Logistics Minimum education: Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education, training, and/or experience Required field of study: A field relevant to the role as demonstrated through coursework, training, or professional experience Minimum years of experience: Years of experience required will correlate with the internal job level requirements for the position Location-based hybrid policy: Currently, we expect all staff to be in one of our offices at least 25% of the time. However, some roles may require more time in our offices. Visa sponsorship: We do sponsor visas! However, we aren't able to successfully sponsor visas for every role and every candidate. But if we make you an offer, we will make every reasonable effort to get you a visa, and we retain an immigration lawyer to help with this. We encourage you to apply even if you do not believe you meet every single qualification. Not all strong candidates will meet every single qualification as listed. Research shows that people who identify as being from underrepresented groups are more prone to experiencing imposter syndrome and doubting the strength of their candidacy, so we urge you not to exclude yourself prematurely and to submit an application if you're interested in this work. We think AI systems like the ones we're building have enormous social and ethical implications. We think this makes representation even more important, and we strive to include a range of diverse perspectives on our team. Your safety matters to us. How we're different We believe that the highest-impact AI research will be big science. At Anthropic we work as a single cohesive team on just a few large-scale research efforts. And we value impact — advancing our long-term goals of steerable, trustworthy AI — rather than work on smaller and more specific puzzles. We view AI research as an empirical science, which has as much in common with physics and biology as with traditional efforts in computer science. We're an extremely collaborative group, and we host frequent research discussions to ensure that we are pursuing the highest-impact work at any given time. As such, we greatly value communication skills. The easiest way to understand our research directions is to read our recent research. This research continues many of the directions our team worked on prior to Anthropic, including: GPT-3, Circuit-Based Interpretability, Multimodal Neurons, Scaling Laws, AI & Compute, Concrete Problems in AI Safety, and Learning from Human Preferences. Come work with us! Anthropic is a public benefit corporation headquartered in San Francisco. We offer competitive compensation and benefits, optional equity donation matching, generous vacation and parental leave, flexible working hours, and a lovely office space in which to collaborate with colleagues. About the role Anthropic's Go-To-Market team is growing quickly, and every new Account Executive, BDR, and GTM teammate we hire needs to become productive, confident, and credible on Claude faster than at any other company. The GTM Onboarding program is one way that happens. It's the first experience new hires have of how we sell, who our customers are, what our products do, and how we work together — and it sets the trajectory for their ramp. We're looking for someone to own that program end to end. You'll design and run recurring onboarding cohorts for new GTM hires: building the curriculum, coordinating facilitators from across Sales, Marketing, Applied AI, and Product, running live sessions, and making sure every cohort leaves ready to have real customer conversations. This person will be the front door to GTM. You will set the tone for new hires’ first impression of Anthropic and our team. You'll also own what happens after onboarding ends. That means measuring ramp, tracking attendance and comprehension, gathering feedback, and using what you learn to improve the next cycle. You'll build and maintain the operational machinery behind the program — rosters, calendars, facilitator communications, mock discovery calls — and you'll use Claude itself to automate as much of it as possible. This is a highly cross-functional role. You'll partner with GTM leadership, hiring managers, Revenue Operations, Marketing, and product teams to keep the program current as our products and sales motions evolve. You’ll work closely with subject matter experts, but you'll need to be a generalist who can help new hires connect the dots and build robust mental models for how the business operates. This role reports into the GTM Enablement team. Key responsibilities Own the GTM Onboarding program end to end: curriculum design, cohort scheduling, facilitator coordination, live delivery, and continuous improvement Design and deliver training that makes Anthropic's products, sales motions, customer stories, and tools (Salesforce, Gong, Apollo, and others) accessible to sellers from a range of backgrounds Serve as an extension to subject matter experts on Claude for Enterprise, Claude Code, and the Claude Developer Platform for new GTM hires, and keep onboarding content accurate as products change Recruit, prepare, and support a rotating bench of internal facilitators and field volunteers, including briefing them on each cohort's composition and running mock discovery calls with new AEs Build and maintain the program's operational infrastructure — rosters, calendar logistics, and communications — and automate recurring work using Claude Measure program effectiveness through attendance, comprehension checks, feedback surveys, and ramp metrics, and present findings and recommendations to GTM leadership Build and maintain 30/60/90 day ramp plans and post-onboarding resources that carry new hires from cohort to quota Partner with hiring managers, Revenue Operations, Marketing, and product teams to identify enablement gaps and incorporate new content into the program Work with the global enablement team to adapt and extend the program for international GTM teams and new role types as the organization grows Minimum qualifications Experience in sales enablement, and/or program management-related roles Have designed and delivered onboarding or training programs for sales teams, including building curriculum and facilitating live sessions Can translate technical product concepts into clear, practical language for non-technical audiences Bring strong program management skills, with a track record of running recurring, multi-stakeholder operations reliably Apply adult learning principles to how you design and sequence training Communicate clearly and credibly with new hires, facilitators, and senior GTM leadership Work effectively in fast-moving environments with high ambiguity, and are comfortable building where no process exists yet Are excited about Anthropic's mission to develop AI that is safe and beneficial Preferred qualifications 6+ years experience in sales enablement, and/or program management-related roles Experience running sales onboarding at a company that scaled significantly Have used Claude or similar AI tools to automate operational workflows, and are enthusiastic about doing more of it Experience measuring and reporting on sales ramp performance Experience adapting enablement content for international or multi-language audiences Prior experience as a quota-carrying seller, sales engineer, or customer-facing technical role The annual compensation range for this role is listed below. For sales roles, the range provided is the role’s On Target Earnings ("OTE") range, meaning that the range includes both the sales commissions/sales bonuses target and annual base salary for the role. About Vercel: Vercel is the agentic infrastructure company, freeing people and agents to ship what's next. For more than a decade we've helped builders move from idea to production with speed, security, and exceptional developer experience. Now we're scaling our products for both agents and people to ship and run software, built in the open and trusted by OpenAI, PayPal, Ramp, Supreme, and millions of developers worldwide. About the Role: Vercel is seeking a Presentation Designer to own presentation design end to end and help make every deck, from an intimate strategy meeting to a high-profile main-stage keynote, a sharp and compelling reflection of our brand and story. Presentations are one of the highest-leverage surfaces at Vercel. They are where executives communicate strategy, where product teams tell their stories, and where the company shows up in front of customers, partners, and the press. This role will own the full lifecycle of presentation design, from initial concept through storytelling, visual design, presentation systems, and final delivery across PowerPoint, Figma, Keynote, and Google Slides. Beyond designing individual presentations, this person will help build the systems, templates, components, guidelines, and workflows that allow presentation design to scale across Vercel. They may also partner with our Design Engineering team to explore and build internal tools that make it easier for teams to create high-quality, on-brand decks efficiently. You'll work closely with our Creative/Brand, Executive, Product Marketing, Communications, Events, and Design Engineering teams to turn complex technical concepts into visual narratives that resonate with any audience and raise the bar for presentation design across the company. This role is ideal for a designer who thinks about narrative and hierarchy as much as pixels, can balance high-touch creative work with scalable systems thinking, and knows how to build trust while working directly with senior executives under tight timelines. You'll report to the Director of Creative Design within our Creative/Brand team and will be based in San Francisco or New York City. What You Will Do: Own presentation design strategy and execution end to end, leading projects from initial concept through final delivery while staying aligned with objectives, timelines, and brand guidelines. Design visually compelling presentations that combine storytelling, information design, and data visualization to communicate key messages clearly and memorably. Build and maintain a cohesive presentation design system, including templates, components, layouts, motion principles, documentation, and usage guidelines. Develop scalable, branded presentation frameworks across Google Slides, PowerPoint, Figma, and Keynote so teams can move quickly without sacrificing quality or consistency. Partner with Design Engineering to explore, prototype, and potentially build internal tools that improve how presentations are created, maintained, and scaled across the company. Establish workflows and governance for presentation assets, making it easy to distribute updates, maintain consistency, and evolve the system alongside the Vercel brand. Identify repetitive presentation-design tasks and create systems, automation, or tooling that reduce manual work and improve quality at scale. Build and maintain a consistent visual identity across all presentation materials, ensuring every deck reflects Vercel's brand. Partner directly with executives and speakers to tailor narratives and visuals to their individual voice, style, audience, and presentation needs. Integrate multimedia, including animation, video, and interactive elements, to maximize audience engagement during high-stakes moments. Translate complex technical ideas into clear, engaging visuals, researching topics deeply enough to identify the simplest and most compelling way to explain them. Iterate quickly on feedback from executives and cross-functional partners, delivering polished, presentation-ready materials under deadline pressure. Support Vercel's highest-visibility moments, including product launches, corporate events, customer presentations, and executive keynotes, with design that performs on the main stage. About You: 4+ years of experience in visual communication, presentation design, brand design, or multimedia design. Expert proficiency in Google Slides, Keynote, PowerPoint, and Figma Slides. Strong understanding of presentation systems, including templates, reusable components, master layouts, documentation, and asset governance. Experience building and maintaining scalable, on-brand self-service templates for use by teams with different levels of design expertise. A systems-oriented mindset and an interest in improving creative workflows through tooling, automation, and close collaboration with engineers. Experience partnering with design engineers or developers to prototype or build internal creative tools is highly valued. Experience incorporating multimedia elements such as audio, video, animation, and interactive content. Experience developing visual narratives for B2B SaaS, developer tools, technical products, or services. Ability to research and precisely translate complex information into clear and compelling visual narratives. Adept at customizing presentations to align with different speakers, audiences, formats, and themes. Experience collaborating effectively with C-suite executives and senior leaders on presentation projects. Portfolio demonstrating a range of presentation work across different formats, themes, audiences, and levels of visibility. Evidence of strong project management from initial concept through final delivery. Track record of maintaining brand integrity across a broad presentation ecosystem. About the role: Help shape a brand that moves as fast as the platform it represents. As a Brand Designer on Vercel's Core team, you'll help evolve the foundational visual language of a brand trusted by the most ambitious builders in the world. You'll create systems, experiences, and defining brand moments that are instantly recognizable, creatively ambitious, and built to scale. This is not a purely static design role. You'll work across brand systems, digital experiences, product launches, social, motion, print, events, environments, and the occasional piece of swag. We're looking for someone who can design, prototype, and use AI-assisted code to bring brand ideas to life. You're a tinkerer, a visual strategist, and a creative explorer. You create clarity from complexity and actively use AI throughout your workflow to design, prototype, automate, experiment, and write code. You push the work until it's sharp, then ship. This is craft at speed. It's a high-impact, high-visibility role for someone who sweats the details, thinks in systems, and knows when to veer left for a one-off moment that makes people stop scrolling. We move quickly. The bar is high. Your work ships. What you’ll do: Lead design across key brand moments — product launches, campaigns, events, internal initiatives, and moments not yet defined Evolve the foundational elements of Vercel's visual identity: typography, color, composition, iconography, imagery, motion, and product-brand expression Design across mediums, including web, motion, 3D, social, print, swag, and environments, choosing whatever format best serves the story Move fluidly between Figma and code — writing HTML/CSS/JS and using AI-assisted tools (v0, Cursor, Claude Code) — to prototype independently and explore new forms of brand expression Build and evolve a brand system that scales without going stale, translating it into tools, templates, and production-ready assets Work hands-on from concept through final production, including preparing files, specs, and assets for implementation Know when motion, 3D, code, or emerging technology meaningfully strengthens an idea — and when a simpler execution serves better Establish a shared visual language across product, marketing, and internal comms — flexible enough to scale from everyday use to major brand moments Partner with design engineers to polish prototypes into high-quality digital experiences Collaborate with engineering, marketing, product design, and leadership to align on strategy and ship cohesive work Direct and collaborate with external specialists — studios, freelancers, photographers, illustrators, printers, fabricators — when execution extends beyond your own craft Present and defend creative decisions, connecting visual choices to brand, product, audience, and business goals About you: 5+ years in brand, marketing, or visual design — ideally at a SaaS, developer tools, or fast-growing tech company A portfolio showing exceptional taste, systems thinking, and execution across mediums — not just polished final images, but how you think, build systems, collaborate, navigate constraints, and get work into production Exceptional typography and layout skills, with obsessive attention to spacing, hierarchy, rhythm, proportion, and alignment Deep understanding of visual storytelling, brand systems, composition, motion, and digital experiences You use AI throughout your process — visual exploration, prototyping, production, automation, and writing front-end code — not just to generate imagery or concepts, but to write, understand, debug, and iterate on code Comfortable with tools like v0, Cursor, Claude Code, or similar AI-assisted coding environments to build working prototypes Practical understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript — enough to refine AI-generated code to a high visual and interaction standard You don't need to be a full-time engineer, but you're technically curious, comfortable in code, and capable of shipping functional prototypes You think beyond static files and enjoy bringing ideas to life as real, interactive experiences Strong production knowledge across digital and physical formats — responsive design, asset delivery, print prep, environmental graphics, vendor production Comfortable moving between conceptual thinking, detailed execution, prototyping, and production Benefits & Compensation: Competitive compensation package, including equity. Inclusive Healthcare Package. Learn and Grow - we provide mentorship and send you to events that help you build your network and skills. Flexible Time Off. We will provide you the gear you need to do your role, and a WFH budget for you to outfit your space as needed. The San Francisco, CA base pay range for this role is $156,000-$234,000. How we're different We believe that the highest-impact AI research will be big science. At Anthropic we work as a single cohesive team on just a few large-scale research efforts. And we value impact — advancing our long-term goals of steerable, trustworthy AI — rather than work on smaller and more specific puzzles.
