About Anthropic Anthropic’s mission is to create reliable, interpretable, and steerable AI systems. We want AI to be safe and beneficial for our users and for society as a whole. Our team is a quickly growing group of committed researchers, engineers, policy experts, and business leaders working together to build beneficial AI systems. About the Role Scientists use Claude across the life sciences, from drug discovery and research biology to clinical development and manufacturing. To support that work, Anthropic introduced the Life Sciences Verification Program (LSVP), which gives verified life science professionals access to Claude with a refined set of safeguards that is more permissive for biology-related work. The program is in beta. We're hiring a Technical Program Manager to own the program of work that expands that access and helps scale it with safety in mind. Each expansion depends on many teams at once and no single team owns the path end to end. You'll become the single owner of that program, the person who knows what each expansion requires, where every workstream stands, what it is waiting on, and who needs to decide. This is a cross-org execution role, not a research role, and it does not require a life sciences background. LSVP is the starting point, and the scope will grow alongside Anthropic's broader work in the life sciences. Over time, more of the life sciences community can get verified access, and each new expansion takes less bespoke effort than the last. Responsibilities Own the program for expanding access to Anthropic's life sciences verification programs: scoping, sequencing, dependencies, and tradeoffs across safeguards, platform, and product engineering teams Scope and drive the cross-org engineering work that each expansion requires, from new plan and account types to new platforms Partner with the product manager to turn program goals into a sequenced plan with clear owners and dates Drive clarity on data access, retention, and review requirements, and on the changes they require across safeguards, access, and provisioning Drive user experience scoping across the Claude product surfaces where the program is available Find and remove the technical blockers that keep eligible organizations from accessing life sciences capabilities Establish the operating rhythm: a single view of workstreams, owners, dependencies, risks, and status, with planning, escalation paths, and launch coordination across orgs Convert recurring efforts into documented, repeatable processes so that each new expansion requires less bespoke coordination You may be a good fit if you Have several years of experience in technical program management, with a track record of successfully delivering complex, cross-functional programs Have experience coordinating across multiple engineering teams and organizations simultaneously, including safeguards, platform, and product partners Can engage meaningfully with the engineers doing the work, from platform and access systems to product surfaces Are highly organized and can manage multiple parallel workstreams effectively across distributed teams Thrive in unstructured environments with a knack for bringing order to chaos and creating clarity in ambiguous situations Have excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to influence without authority Have worked on cloud or platform programs (preferred but not required) Do not need a life sciences background. This is not a research role, and no life sciences experience is required Are passionate about Anthropic's mission and interested in the challenges of bringing AI capabilities to the life sciences community safely and reliably The annual compensation range for this role is listed below. For sales roles, the range provided is the role’s On Target Earnings ("OTE") range, meaning that the range includes both the sales commissions/sales bonuses target and annual base salary for the role. Annual Salary: $290,000 — $365,000 USD Logistics Minimum education: Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education, training, and/or experience Required field of study: A field relevant to the role as demonstrated through coursework, training, or professional experience Minimum years of experience: Years of experience required will correlate with the internal job level requirements for the position Location-based hybrid policy: Currently, we expect all staff to be in one of our offices at least 25% of the time. However, some roles may require more time in our offices. Visa sponsorship: We do sponsor visas! However, we aren't able to successfully sponsor visas for every role and every candidate. But if we make you an offer, we will make every reasonable effort to get you a visa, and we retain an immigration lawyer to help with this. We encourage you to apply even if you do not believe you meet every single qualification. Not all strong candidates will meet every single qualification as listed. Research shows that people who identify as being from underrepresented groups are more prone to experiencing imposter syndrome and doubting the strength of their candidacy, so we urge you not to exclude yourself prematurely and to submit an application if you're interested in this work. We think AI systems like the ones we're building have enormous social and ethical implications. We think this makes representation even more important, and we strive to include a range of diverse perspectives on our team. Your safety matters to us. About the role Anthropic is seeking a partnerships leader to own the tri-party motion for systems integrator partnerships selling through AWS. Global systems integrators and specialist SIs are how Claude reaches enterprise customers at scale, and AWS is the surface most of that work runs on. You will own the intersection of those two ecosystems. In this role, you will build the go-to-market motion that turns partner interest into joint pipeline and closed revenue, working across AWS's partner organization and the AWS practices inside the world's largest integrators. You will define how Claude is positioned inside AWS partner programs, design the commercial mechanics that let partners transact and get rewarded, and build the joint plays that partners take to their customers. This is a build role. The partner ecosystem is early, the programs are still being designed, and you will be operating across three organizations whose incentives on any given deal don’t always line up. You will help shape how frontier AI technology reaches the enterprise through the services ecosystem. You will report directly to the Head of AWS GTM Partnerships. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute the GTM strategy for our systems integrator partnerships through AWS, including co-selling motions, joint business plans, events and segment-specific plays Own forecasting, pipeline development, and revenue targets for partner-sourced and partner-influenced business Design the commercial mechanics that make the partner motion work, including deal registration, marketplace program structure, and incentives Build and maintain executive-level relationships across AWS's partner organization and across partner AWS practice leadership Work with partners to develop repeatable, industry-specific solutions built on Claude, and help them build the delivery capability to take those solutions to market Partner cross-functionally with Anthropic's alliances, sales, partner marketing, and regional cloud teams to keep the motion consistent globally while regions execute locally Create and implement scalable processes for partnership operations, including escalation management, business reviews, and reporting Provide strategic market intelligence and competitive insights on the partner ecosystem to inform product and commercial strategy Identify where to concentrate investment across the partner portfolio and make the case to stop investing where returns are not there Minimum qualifications 12+ years of enterprise partnerships, alliances, or business development experience, with meaningful time spent on partner ecosystems Proven track record of building and scaling partnerships with systems integrators, consultancies, or channel partners Experience building a co-sell or channel motion from the ground up, including the commercial mechanics behind it Deep understanding of how cloud and partner field organizations operate, and the incentives that drive seller and partner behavior Track record of carrying and hitting a partner-sourced or partner-influenced revenue number, with credible forecasting behind it Strong executive presence and demonstrated ability to influence senior stakeholders where you have no formal authority Excellence in strategic planning, business operations, and program management Ability to balance strategic thinking with tactical execution, and a willingness to concentrate effort rather than spread thin Experience working with technical products and translating complex capabilities into business value Ability to travel up to 25% of the time Preferred qualifications Previous experience working with AWS or another hyperscaler partner organization Working knowledge of systems integrator operating models, including practice structures, delivery economics, and how services revenue drives partner decisions Background in AI/ML technologies or with developer-focused platforms and their partner ecosystems Experience scaling partner programs at a company moving from early traction to significant partner-driven revenue Management consulting experience earlier in your career Deadline to apply: None. Applications will be reviewed on a rolling basis. The annual compensation range for this role is listed below. Our team is a quickly growing group of committed researchers, engineers, policy experts, and business leaders working together to build beneficial AI systems. About the role Anthropic sells Claude through partners as well as directly. In the public sector, those partners matter more than anywhere else. As Channel Partner Manager, Public Sector, you will own Anthropic's reseller and distributor relationships across US federal, state and local government, and you will build the operations that let those partners transact with us quickly and cleanly. Your time will be split roughly evenly between two kinds of work. The first is partner management. You will be the primary Anthropic contact for our public sector partners, agree on a joint plan with each of them, and work with our public sector account teams so that partner and direct motions support each other rather than collide. The second is channel operations. You will onboard new partners, instance an agreement for each of them, run deal registration, administer rebates, and keep the program's processes and records in order. Every partner adds a fixed amount of operational work regardless of revenue, so the processes you build will determine how quickly public sector customers can buy. Much of this does not exist at Anthropic yet, and building it to a standard our partners and teams can rely on will be a large part of your first year. You will work closely with Legal, Finance and with our public sector sales team on pipeline. You will also work with the public sector teams at the cloud providers and through cloud environments that meet federal security requirements such as FedRAMP. Key responsibilities Own Anthropic's relationships with our public sector partners, acting as their primary point of contact and building relationships with their public sector and alliance leadership Agree on a joint business plan with each partner covering target segments, contract vehicles, pipeline, enablement and marketing, and run regular business reviews against it Work with our federal, state and local, and education account teams to align partner and direct motions, clear conflicts early, and route each opportunity through the right partner and contract vehicle Run partner onboarding end to end, from application and diligence through agreement execution, enablement and a first transaction Own partner agreements with Legal, keeping contract vehicle coverage and program terms current Own deal registration for the public sector channel, making sure registrations are submitted, validated and conflict cleared, and that every deal names its end customer Manage partner rebates and program incentives with Finance Build and run the channel's operating processes, including quoting, order handling and partner reporting, with clear service levels and documentation Work with the cloud providers' public sector teams so that partner deals run cleanly through cloud marketplaces and authorized cloud environments Forecast and report partner sourced pipeline and resale revenue for the public sector channel, and own that number with the reseller program and public sector sales leadership Own partner escalations end to end, from billing and contracting questions to deal conflicts, and resolve them with the right internal owner Represent what public sector partners and buyers need to the central reseller program team, and feed what you learn back into how the program works Minimum qualifications 7+ years in channel, partner or alliances roles in enterprise software or cloud, including at least 3 years focused on the US public sector Direct experience managing reseller or distributor relationships that sell to government or education buyers Working knowledge of how public sector buyers purchase technology, including contract vehicles, two-tier distribution, and the role of resellers in public procurement Working fluency in channel program mechanics, including deal registration, partner onboarding, margin and rebates Experience running channel or partner operations, including agreements, program administration, reporting, and the systems behind them Experience building processes and working rhythms from zero, and comfort joining a new program early Clear written and spoken communication with Legal, Finance and Sales teams, and the judgment to hold program rules under commercial pressure Excitement about Anthropic's mission to develop AI that is safe and beneficial Preferred qualifications Experience with FedRAMP and with selling software that runs in authorized cloud environments Experience with federal, state and education contract vehicles Experience with cloud marketplace resale for public sector buyers, including private offers Experience on the reseller or distributor side of a vendor relationship, as well as the vendor side Familiarity with how government agencies and education institutions are evaluating and adopting AI The annual compensation range for this role is listed below. About the role We are seeking a Finance & Strategy partner focused on Public Benefit and Global Affairs, working closely with our Global Affairs and Public Benefit teams. You will be the finance lead for how Anthropic plans, funds, and reports its giving and policy work: a category of spend that spans grants, philanthropy, direct programs, and policy engagement around the world. Anthropic is setting the standard for what a public benefit corporation can be at a scale no one has attempted before. This is a build role. The budgets, funding structures, and reporting are still being designed, and you will shape them with the leaders who run this work and with partners in Legal, Tax, Corp Development and Accounting. The strongest candidates pair rigorous corporate FP&A with a real understanding of how money moves in philanthropy and policy: foundations, grantmaking, funding vehicles, and the rules that come with them. You will be expected to bring a point of view, push back with data, and help leaders make tradeoffs across a portfolio where impact is harder to measure than revenue. About the Role In case you hadn’t noticed, Anthropic is growing fast. Really, really fast. The People Products team exists to support Anthropic’s mission by defining the blueprint for AI at work. We help hire the best person in the world for every job, ensure manager effectiveness, ramp new hires successfully, and ensure that we apply first principles thinking in how we shape Anthropic’s culture through the tools we build. We cover the entire employee lifecycle from hiring to onboarding, teamwork, and promotions. You’ll work directly with Claude, with access to capabilities no external team has, on problems that are genuinely unsolved. You’ll move fast — prototype to production in days or weeks. We believe in cross-functional thinkers who can reason across product, design, and engineering. You’ll be given high autonomy, own your decisions, and ship constantly. If you’ve experienced the pain of bad people practices and want to be the person who fixes them at the most consequential AI company in the world, this is that job. Responsibilities Build full-stack end-to-end across the People Products portfolio. Design and implement AI-native workflows: build tools, evals, prompts, and products. You’ll help define what is possible in applied AI for people processes. Work directly with internal stakeholders — HR teams, recruiters, managers — to understand problems, gather feedback, and iterate quickly without waiting for requirements to be handed down. No gatekeeping, you are expected to talk to your customers. Make product and architecture decisions independently in a low-structure environment: knowing when to cut scope, when to ship, and when to ask for input. Contribute ideas for how the team works, what it builds, and where applied AI can have the most leverage in people workflows. You Might Be a Good Fit If You: Have 8+ years of relevant experience as a Fullstack or product engineer, with a track record of leading complex, multi-month projects or teams as a tech lead or equivalent Have shipped LLM-native features or applications. Derive joy from hard work and the act of creation. Are experienced enough to build big features independently, and make great architectural decisions along the way. Are self-sufficient end-to-end: you can go from idea to production without needing a designer, PM, or architect to unblock you. Move fast without cutting corners: you hold a high quality bar and know how to make smart tradeoffs under time pressure. Engage directly with users and criticism: you’re comfortable talking to internal customers, hearing hard feedback, and incorporating it quickly. Are genuinely mission-driven: you care about the intersection of AI and people practices, not just the technical puzzle. Are a collaborative, supportive teammate: you bring people along, communicate clearly about tradeoffs, and make the people around you better. Strong Candidates May Also Have: Familiarity with MCP (Model Context Protocol) or prior experience building Claude or LLM integrations in production. Background at an AI-native company or in a product-focused 0->1 engineering environment. Experience with HR tech platforms such as Greenhouse, Workday, or Rippling. About the role Anthropic is seeking a partnerships leader to own the tri-party motion for public sector and nonprofit partnerships selling through AWS. Public sector and nonprofit-focused partners are how Claude reaches government agencies, educational institutions, and mission-driven organizations at scale, and AWS is the surface most of that work runs on. In this role, you will build the go-to-market motion that turns partner interest into joint pipeline and closed revenue, working across AWS's public sector partner organization and the AWS practices inside the partners that serve government and nonprofit customers. This is a build role. The partner ecosystem is early, the programs are still being designed, and you will be operating across three organizations whose incentives on any given deal don't always line up. Our team is a quickly growing group of committed researchers, engineers, policy experts, and business leaders working together to build beneficial AI systems. About the role Reinforcement learning (RL) is how Claude learns to reason, write code, and act autonomously over long horizons. This role sits on the team that builds and owns the RL training system: the system that trains our production models and that researchers across Anthropic run their experiments on. The team works closely with research teams across the company on the science and engineering of making RL work at scale. As a Research Engineer on the team, you'll work at the center of RL at Anthropic. You'll have a direct view of how RL training behaves at the frontier because the system you own sits underneath both production and research runs. You will use it with collaborators across research teams to understand what is working, what is fragile, and where the next improvements are. Key responsibilities Build, own, and improve the core RL training system that serves Anthropic's production and research runs Work across the stack (orchestration, environments, training, inference, evaluation) wherever the system needs it Study how RL training behaves at scale and contribute to the research that improves it, in collaboration with teams across Anthropic Implement new training methods as stable, fast, well-tested code Improve the speed and efficiency of RL training and evaluation through profiling, optimization, and benchmarking Make the system easier for researchers to build on, through clean abstractions, clear APIs, and automated testing Debug hard problems across the stack, from a run that has quietly drifted to a distributed systems failure that only shows up at scale Communicate results clearly, in writing and in discussion Minimum qualifications Proficiency in Python and experience working in, debugging, and improving a large ML codebase Experience with large-scale machine learning training (reinforcement learning, pretraining, or post-training) or the systems that support it Experience with at least one modern ML framework (JAX, PyTorch, or similar) Ability to design controlled experiments and reach conclusions you and others can trust Ability to balance research exploration with engineering implementation Strong written and verbal communication skills Care about the societal impacts of your work and are committed to developing safe and beneficial systems Preferred qualifications Experience with reinforcement learning for large language models, in research, production, or both Experience studying training at scale: scaling behavior, training dynamics, or method development on large models Experience with large-scale distributed training systems Familiarity with LLM architectures and training methodologies Experience working close to a frontier training run Experience profiling and optimizing the performance of ML workloads Experience with RL environments, evaluations, or sandboxed code execution Experience with Rust or C++ Enjoy pair programming (we love to pair!) About Anthropic Anthropic’s mission is to create reliable, interpretable, and steerable AI systems. We want AI to be safe and beneficial for our users and for society as a whole. Our team is a quickly growing group of committed researchers, engineers, policy experts, and business leaders working together to build beneficial AI systems. About the role Every time Claude runs code, uses a computer, or works as an agent, it does so inside a sandbox. Our Sandboxing team builds the isolation layer behind that work. The same systems run the code Claude writes for users, the environments we train and evaluate models in, and the agents our customers deploy. These workloads are untrusted by design, and there are a lot of them. Sandboxes need to start in milliseconds, hold up under adversarial code, and scale to a very large number of concurrent sessions. You will work at the boundary between the Linux kernel, virtualization, and the container ecosystem. You will partner with research, product, and security teams to make sure that safe and fast do not trade off against each other. Key responsibilities Design, build, and operate the sandboxing infrastructure that runs untrusted, model-generated code and agent workloads at scale Improve sandbox startup time, density, and throughput, including snapshot and restore, checkpointing, and warm pools Strengthen isolation across compute, filesystem, and network, including egress controls and per-session credential handling Investigate and fix performance, reliability, and security issues at the kernel, hypervisor, and container runtime level Build the monitoring, tracing, and debugging tools that show where time and resources go inside a sandbox Work with researchers to support reinforcement learning environments and evaluations that need fast, reproducible, isolated execution Work with product and platform engineers to expose sandboxes as a dependable, well-designed capability for Claude products and customers Partner with security teams to threat-model the platform and to test, harden, and respond to escape and abuse scenarios Work with cloud providers on the hardware and platform features that our workloads depend on Share knowledge on systems programming and Linux internals, and help set technical standards for the team Minimum qualifications Software engineering experience in Linux systems programming, kernel development, or another low-level area Strong programming skills in at least one systems language such as Rust, C, C++, or Go Working knowledge of virtualization or container isolation technologies such as KVM, QEMU, Firecracker, gVisor, or runc Understanding of Linux resource management, including namespaces, cgroups, scheduling, and memory management Experience profiling and debugging performance issues at the system level Ability to work in unfamiliar codebases and technical areas, and to ship practical solutions with measurable results Strong communication skills and a commitment to building safe, reliable systems Preferred qualifications Experience building or operating a multi-tenant sandbox, serverless, or code execution platform Experience with microVMs, user-space kernels, or lightweight virtualization, including snapshot and restore Experience with OS-level security hardening, including seccomp, LSMs, and threat modeling of untrusted code Experience with eBPF and kernel tracing tools Experience with Kubernetes and cloud infrastructure at scale (AWS, GCP) Experience with network isolation, high-performance networking, or building egress proxies and policy layers Experience with sandboxes for AI agents, computer use, or reinforcement learning environments Experience with GPU virtualization, accelerators, or performance work on machine learning workloads Prior experience as a technical lead or mentor Representative projects Cutting sandbox cold start from seconds to milliseconds with snapshot-based restore and pre-warmed pools Designing a network egress policy layer so agents can reach approved services without exposing secrets Running many thousands of parallel reinforcement learning environments with strong isolation between them Building tracing tools that attribute latency and resource use inside a running sandbox Reducing per-sandbox memory overhead to raise density on each host Hardening the runtime against escape attempts found in internal red-team exercises The annual compensation range for this role is listed below. For sales roles, the range provided is the role’s On Target Earnings ("OTE") range, meaning that the range includes both the sales commissions/sales bonuses target and annual base salary for the role. Annual Salary: $320,000 — $485,000 USD Logistics Minimum education: Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education, training, and/or experience Required field of study: A field relevant to the role as demonstrated through coursework, training, or professional experience Minimum years of experience: Years of experience required will correlate with the internal job level requirements for the position Location-based hybrid policy: Currently, we expect all staff to be in one of our offices at least 25% of the time. About the role Anthropic's EMEA Startups team works with the companies building AI-native products on Claude, from Seed through Series B and beyond. The Growth Account Executive owns a portfolio of startups that are already building on Claude and is responsible for growing that relationship: deepening Claude's role in the customer's product, structuring the commercial agreements that support their scale, and defending the account as the competitive landscape shifts. This is a consultative role. Native AI companies move fast, change direction often, and make decisions on technical merit. Earning a seat at the table means building real relationships with founders and technical leaders, understanding their product and roadmap as well as they do, and helping them build on the frontier — bringing them the latest models and capabilities early, showing them what's possible, and turning that into adoption. Commercial outcomes follow from that trust. You work closely with our Applied AI (AAI) team, who bring deep technical partnership to our highest-potential accounts, but you are expected to understand what each customer is building and identify the next use case yourself. Helping customers build on the frontier is part of this job, not something you hand off. Responsibilities Own a portfolio of high-potential AI-native startups across EMEA, with full accountability for revenue growth and retention Build long-term, trusted relationships with founders, CTOs and technical leads, acting as their advisor on how to build with Claude Help customers build on the frontier: bring new model releases and capabilities to them early, work through where they apply, and drive adoption into the core of the product Develop use cases: understand each customer's product and roadmap, identify where Claude can go deeper, and make it happen Structure, size and time usage-based commitments, including multi-surface agreements across the Claude API, Claude Code and Claude for Work Navigate competitive pressure, including aggressive discounting, with a clear point of view on value rather than price Partner with the Applied AI team on technical strategy for your accounts and coordinate their involvement where it creates the most leverage Build and maintain relationships across the EMEA VC and accelerator ecosystem to source and qualify pipeline Bring structured feedback from your portfolio to Product and Go-to-Market leadership You may be a good fit if you have 5+ years of quota-carrying experience in consumption or usage-based sales at a cloud provider, infrastructure, data platform or developer tools company A track record of expanding existing accounts: you have carried a growth or expansion number and understand how commits, credits and usage curves work A consultative selling style, with evidence that customers treat you as an advisor rather than a vendor Experience selling to early- and growth-stage startups and comfort with the pace and informality of founder-led companies Enough technical depth to hold a credible conversation with a CTO about APIs, model selection and AI product architecture, and to recognise where a new capability fits Existing relationships in the European startup, VC or accelerator ecosystem Fluency in English; additional European languages are a plus Strong candidates often have Time inside a startup, not just selling to them Hands-on experience building with LLMs, even on side projects A history of describing wins by what the customer built rather than the size of the deal The annual compensation range for this role is listed below. For sales roles, the range provided is the role’s On Target Earnings ("OTE") range, meaning that the range includes both the sales commissions/sales bonuses target and annual base salary for the role. About the role As the first hire for our Revenue Strategy & Operations team in Southeast Asia, you'll partner with sales leadership to plan and run our business across the region from Singapore, from the region's largest enterprises and business groups to its fastest‑growing technology companies. You will be the trusted advisor to our regional sales leadership on how the business is planned and run, shaping how we invest across a set of very different markets while building the operational foundations to scale. Much of the work you will do yourself, hands‑on. This role suits a structured thinker who is comfortable with ambiguity: you will often start from an open question, turn it into a clear recommendation, and get leaders who don't report to you aligned behind it. You'll work closely with Strategy & Operations peers in Australia, Japan, Korea and India, with global Revenue Operations and Finance, and you'll use Claude every day to do the work of a much larger team. You'll start as a senior individual contributor, with the opportunity to build and lead a small team as the region scales. You'll report to the head of Revenue Strategy & Operations for Asia‑Pacific (based in Sydney), work day to day alongside our sales leaders and team in Singapore, and travel regularly within the region. Responsibilities Go‑to‑Market Strategy Lead annual and quarterly go‑to‑market planning for the region with sales leadership and Finance — set targets, territories and sales capacity, and own the trade‑offs behind them. Set how we segment a multi‑country market and design territories, from large enterprises and business groups that operate across borders to fast‑growing technology companies. Align leadership on market prioritization and coverage — where we invest first, how we cover the rest — and revisit the call as the business grows. Shape how we go to market with partners and resellers — co‑selling, partner pipeline and joint planning — alongside our partnerships team. Give sales leadership an independent read of the business — performance, pipeline and consumption across markets — with the risks, the opportunities and a recommended course of action, early enough to act on. Rhythm of the Business & Regional Leadership Own the operating rhythm of the region — weekly forecast and pipeline reviews, monthly and quarterly business reviews — and make it the place where decisions get made, not where reports get read. Represent the region with Revenue Operations, Sales Enablement, Finance, Marketing and Partnerships; keep its plans aligned with Asia‑Pacific and the company, and bring back what works elsewhere. Advise regional and Asia‑Pacific leadership through planning sessions, performance reviews and leadership updates — own the narrative, not just the numbers. Influence without authority: bring structure to ambiguous problems, build the case, and drive decisions across teams you don't manage. Operations & Global Programs Own the region's commercial governance — account and territory decisions, planning inputs, data standards — working through our global Revenue Operations team, who own the CRM and sales systems. Land global programs, processes and tools in the region, and be the region's voice back to headquarters when something needs to change. Keep the commercial engine running smoothly across the multi‑country, multi‑stakeholder sales cycles typical of enterprise software in the region. You may be a good fit if you have Required qualifications 8-12 years of experience in B2B SaaS, cloud or enterprise software, including several years leading sales strategy, revenue operations or commercial go‑to‑market work as the advisor to a sales leader — ideally across more than one Southeast Asian market Structured thinking: a track record of taking ambiguous, open‑ended problems and turning them into options, a recommendation and a decision Analytical depth: you can get from raw data to a recommendation yourself, and you know which three numbers a leader needs to see You have owned annual planning, territory design, quota setting and business reviews for enterprise sales teams that cover several countries Hands‑on with Salesforce and data — reports, dashboards and your own analysis; you use the systems yourself rather than administer them Presence and judgement with senior sales leadership and C‑level stakeholders — including the confidence to give an unwelcome recommendation — and a record of getting decisions made across teams you don't manage Comfortable operating in ambiguity and at pace; you can build the process while running it A record of advising regional leadership on go‑to‑market strategy and getting the organization behind it Based in Singapore, with fluent English Strong candidates may also have Management consulting experience (strategy or operations work), ideally combined with time in an operating role A track record of scaling sales organizations through 3x+ growth periods in B2B software, including expansion into new markets Experience building and leading a small team, or clear readiness to do so as the function scales Go‑to‑market experience with partners, resellers or cloud marketplaces in the region Experience in Chief of Staff or Business Operations roles supporting regional leadership Professional proficiency in one or more languages of the region, in addition to English Logistics Minimum education: Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education, training, and/or experience Required field of study: A field relevant to the role as demonstrated through coursework, training, or professional experience Minimum years of experience: Years of experience required will correlate with the internal job level requirements for the position Location-based hybrid policy: Currently, we expect all staff to be in one of our offices at least 25% of the time. About the Role The IT Operations team keeps Anthropic running. We make sure every employee can do their best work without friction. We're hiring IT Operations Engineers to own SaaS Operations, the service-operator layer for Anthropic's SaaS catalog: app administration, license and seat operations, renewals, audit evidence, app health and update coordination, Google Groups, and Google Calendar resources. You'll be a directly responsible individual for the SaaS Admin lane, owning its intake, execution, and runbook end to end, and you'll partner with IT Eng often: they own platform-level configuration, SSO/SCIM, integrations, and new-app intake, and you'll operate inside systems as they're configured, bringing platform-level work to them. Responsibilities SaaS Administration Perform admin actions inside configured apps: role grants, settings changes the app already supports, and user troubleshooting at admin level, across the catalog's heaviest apps such as Gong, 1Password, MongoDB, and Vanta Own intake and execution for tickets escalated from the Support queue into the SaaS lane, and write the runbook as you go Identify repetitive work across the lane and automate it: license workflows, seat reporting, evidence pulls, and anything the queue keeps handing you Build automations with the tools at hand (scripts, app-native workflows, AI tools) and partner with IT Engineering when an automation needs platform-level access Monitor application health, usage, and performance at the app level, and route platform or infrastructure issues to IT Engineering Coordinate vendor-driven app updates and feature rollouts: track release notes, schedule changes inside the apps, and communicate user-facing impacts Assign and reclaim licenses across the catalog Produce seat utilization reporting and run the monthly utilization review Renewals & Vendor Operations Own the renewal calendar and prepare true-ups Act as the day-to-day contact for vendor customer success managers (contract negotiation and spend approval stay with Procurement and Finance) Audit & Compliance Operations Pull SOC2 evidence, support access-review execution, and package audit responses on the audit calendar (audit scope and policy stay with Security and Compliance) Google Workspace Administer Google Calendar resources: rooms, equipment, and resource hygiene Administer Google Groups: membership and access changes, troubleshooting, and keeping a heavily nested group structure understandable and clean Slack Support Slack app installs in partnership with CorpSec for scope review Workspace compartmentalization through Grid Auditing and rotating Slack apps credentials in partnership with developers You may be a good fit if you Have 6+ years of hands-on experience administering a portfolio of SaaS applications at the admin level, ideally in a fast-paced or high-growth environment Have owned license and seat management: assignment, reclamation, and utilization reporting Have supported renewals or true-ups and worked directly with vendor account or CSM contacts Have pulled audit evidence or executed access reviews (SOC2 or a similar framework) Are an excellent communicator who genuinely enjoys helping people solve problems Write things down: runbooks, how-to guides, and knowledge base articles Are organized enough to run calendar-driven work (renewals, audits, access reviews) alongside a ticket queue without things falling through the cracks Recognize when a request crosses from operating a system into changing it, and route platform-level work to the owning team Take ownership of problems and follow through until they're resolved Look for manual work that repeats and automate it Strong candidates may also Have basic scripting experience (Bash or Python) for automating license or reporting tasks Have Google Workspace administration experience, especially with Google Groups Have worked a full SOC2 or similar audit cycle on the evidence side Have experience with a SaaS management or license management platform Have experience using AI tools to improve personal or team productivity Location This is a remote role. Travel to our San Francisco office is required, along with occasional travel to other Anthropic offices. What Makes This Role Unique You'll be among the first people in a newly defined lane, which means the renewal calendar, the utilization reporting, and the runbook are yours to build. The lane spans Anthropic's SaaS catalog and sits at the junction of IT Operations and IT Engineering, so you'll see how the whole company works. And growth out of the lane is broad: people here have moved toward product, project and program management, and SecOps, and experience in this lane is a strong path toward IT Engineering. Deadline to apply: None. Applications will be received on a rolling basis. The annual compensation range for this role is listed below. For sales roles, the range provided is the role’s On Target Earnings ("OTE") range, meaning that the range includes both the sales commissions/sales bonuses target and annual base salary for the role. About the role We're looking for a BDR Enablement Lead to own the curriculum and craft development of Anthropic's business development organization. Our BDRs are the front door to the pipeline and, for many of them, this is the first serious sales role of their career. What they learn here shapes how they sell for the next decade. This role owns that formation: the onboarding curriculum, sales foundations, the ongoing skill development, and the pipeline generation playbooks that turn effort into meetings. It is also a role with an unusual opportunity. Anthropic's BDRs should be the most AI-native prospecting team in the industry. You will build the workflows that make that true — using plugins, account research skills, and agentic tooling to change what a BDR can accomplish in a day. Doing this well requires someone who is genuinely excited about the craft of prospecting and about rebuilding it around what AI now makes possible. Key responsibilities Own the BDR onboarding curriculum, taking new hires from day one to first meeting booked as quickly as we responsibly can Enable BDRs on AI-native prospecting workflows, including plugins, account research skills, and agentic tooling that meaningfully change BDR productivity Develop and maintain pipeline generation playbooks across segments, personas, and motions Run ongoing skill development on sales fundamentals: cold calling, written outreach, objection handling, discovery, and qualification Certify BDRs on our products, our qualification criteria, and our messaging Partner with BDR leadership to identify where skill gaps are constraining pipeline, and build focused interventions Build the coaching and call-review infrastructure that gives BDRs specific, frequent feedback Measure enablement impact on ramp time, activity quality, meeting conversion, and pipeline contribution Create a clear development path from BDR into the next role, in partnership with sales leadership Minimum qualifications Experience in Enablement, including time as a high-performing BDR or BDR manager Have excelled in the role you are now enabling, and are passionate about mentorship and early-career development Are excited about rebuilding the prospecting motion around AI rather than bolting AI onto the old one Are hands-on with prospecting tooling and willing to build workflows yourself rather than specifying them for someone else Can teach the unglamorous fundamentals with energy, and can model them on a live call Thrive in fast-paced, ambiguous environments and enjoy building from 0 to 1 Care about the person as much as the number, and can hold both Are technically curious about AI and credible talking about our products with a technical audience Preferred qualifications Have 8+ years of experience in Enablement, including time as a high-performing BDR or BDR manager Hand-on experience with Claude, Claude Code, and other Claude surfaces Experience collaborating across global and cross-functional teams Experience building 0-1 onboarding programs and discovery frameworks Experience designing or operating a BDR-to-AE promotion path Hands-on experience building prospecting automations, agents, or internal tooling Experience enabling BDRs across multiple segments or regions A track record connecting BDR enablement to measurable pipeline outcomes The annual compensation range for this role is listed below. About the role Anthropic is looking for an experienced G&A Recruiter to help build the business functions that keep our company running smoothly. You'll partner directly with hiring managers across our General & Administrative teams, owning searches that range from high-volume pipelines to highly strategic, hard-to-fill roles — and you'll be expected to context-switch between them without dropping quality. This is a role for someone who thrives on ownership across a diverse portfolio. You'll manage a high req load across multiple hiring managers, use data and systems to prioritize and surface issues early, and build repeatable processes that scale. We're also looking for someone who actively leverages AI and automation to increase throughput while protecting a great candidate experience. Beyond execution, you'll bring genuine recruiting expertise to your stakeholders: calibrating profiles, sharing market insight, improving processes, and pushing back constructively when patterns aren't working. As Anthropic grows quickly, this role will be key to scaling the teams that support our mission. Key responsibilities Own full-cycle recruiting across G&A functions, adapting candidate profiles, comp benchmarks, and assessment criteria to each segment and level Context-switch between high-volume hiring and strategic, senior searches while maintaining consistent quality and candidate experience Manage a high req load across multiple hiring managers without becoming a bottleneck — using data and systems to prioritize, surface issues early, and keep pipelines healthy Build repeatable, scalable processes, and leverage AI and automation to increase throughput across your portfolio Integrate into existing hiring rhythms while bringing recruiting expertise — calibration, market insight, and process improvement — and pushing back constructively when patterns aren't working Own outcomes across a diverse portfolio, holding yourself accountable for hiring results rather than activity Protect Anthropic's culture by deeply understanding our mission and screening for alignment alongside capability Minimum qualifications Have demonstrated success recruiting across G&A role types and segments (e.g., Finance, Legal, People, Operations) and understand how profiles, comp, and assessment criteria differ across levels Can show examples of moving fluidly between high-volume pipelines and strategic searches without sacrificing quality or candidate experience Have managed heavy req loads across multiple hiring managers, and use data to prioritize, spot bottlenecks, and surface issues before they become problems Build repeatable processes and are actively experimenting with AI and automation tools to increase your throughput Have strong stakeholder management skills — you integrate into existing hiring rhythms, add value beyond execution, and push back constructively when something isn't working Bring an ownership mentality across a diverse portfolio, with a continuous improvement mindset Are deeply curious about Anthropic's mission and passionate about AI's potential to positively impact the world The annual compensation range for this role is listed below. For sales roles, the range provided is the role’s On Target Earnings ("OTE") range, meaning that the range includes both the sales commissions/sales bonuses target and annual base salary for the role. About the role As the Sales Enablement Partner, Claude Products, you'll teach Anthropic's global field organization how to use our products, both to do their own work better and to position Claude credibly with customers. Anthropic ships quickly, and the surface area of what we build is growing faster than any individual seller can track. The job has two halves. The first is enabling our own people to be power users of Claude, so the field is the most sophisticated user of the product we sell. The second is enabling them to position it: to run a credible technical conversation with a customer, anticipate the hard questions, and hold their own with a technical buyer. The best person in this role sees around corners. You won't wait for a launch to be announced before you start building enablement for it. You'll be embedded enough with Product and Applied AI to know what's coming, and opinionated enough to say which surfaces need real enablement investment and which don't. You'll need enough technical credibility to earn the respect of engineers and enough commercial fluency to earn the respect of sellers. You should also find more energy in enabling people to use what we build than in building it yourself. Key responsibilities: Own product enablement for the global field organization, spanning new launches, existing capabilities, and the product roadmap ahead Build the programs that make Anthropic sellers genuinely expert users of Claude in their own daily work Create enablement that equips the field to position our products with technical and business buyers, including demo readiness, objection handling, and competitive framing Partner closely with Product, Product Marketing, and Applied AI to get early visibility into what is shipping and to shape how it reaches the field Anticipate which new product surfaces will require significant enablement investment, and make the case for that investment before launch Build and maintain the product certification path that credentials sellers on our core products Create high-quality enablement content including demo scripts, technical talk tracks, solution guides, and competitive positioning material Establish feedback loops that carry field and customer signal about product gaps back to Product and Product Marketing Minimum qualifications: Experience bridging sales and technical audiences in a role such as solutions engineering, sales engineering, technical enablement, product marketing, or technical account management Hands-on, regular use of AI assistants and agentic tools (e.g., Claude, Claude Code) in your own real-world workflows Working technical knowledge of how LLM products work (e.g., prompting, context, tool use, APIs), enough to demo them live and field technical questions from engineering buyers Experience turning complex, fast-moving technical products into enablement content such as demo scripts, technical talk tracks, solution guides, or training curricula Experience writing and presenting technical material for audiences with very different levels of technical depth Preferred qualifications Hands-on experience building with LLM APIs, agentic frameworks, or developer tooling Experience owning launch readiness for a technical product across a global field organization Prior experience as a solutions engineer or sales engineer carrying a technical win Experience building technical certification programs A track record of shipping enablement content that the field actually uses Experience partnering with Product or Product Marketing to prepare a field team ahead of launch, not after it Experience building programs from 0 to 1 in fast-paced, ambiguous environments The annual compensation range for this role is listed below. For sales roles, the range provided is the role’s On Target Earnings ("OTE") range, meaning that the range includes both the sales commissions/sales bonuses target and annual base salary for the role. Annual Salary: $190,000 — $270,000 USD Logistics Minimum education: Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education, training, and/or experience Required field of study: A field relevant to the role as demonstrated through coursework, training, or professional experience Minimum years of experience: Years of experience required will correlate with the internal job level requirements for the position Location-based hybrid policy: Currently, we expect all staff to be in one of our offices at least 25% of the time. About the role Forward Deployed Engineering (FDE) embeds with our most strategic customers to build production AI systems on Claude. The team takes on work where no playbook exists yet, turns what works into repeatable patterns for partners and our field teams, and brings what it learns back to Product and Research. Demand for FDE is well ahead of the team's capacity, and the team is growing quickly across the Americas, Europe and Asia. We're hiring a dedicated Strategy & Operations Lead for FDE. You'll be the strategy partner to FDE leadership and own the plan: headcount and capacity, the mix of work the team takes on, how engagements are priced and measured, and how more of the work moves to partners. You'll run the business reviews and build the reporting leadership uses to make these calls. You'll sit on our GTM Strategy & Operations team, dedicated full time to FDE. You'll work closely with Finance, Deal Desk, Legal, Revenue Operations, Partnerships and Applied AI, and with the FDE program leads who run pre-sales and delivery. This is a hands-on role. You'll build the models and dashboards yourself and use Claude to automate as much of the reporting as you can. Key responsibilities: Own the plan. Build FDE's annual and quarterly plan: headcount and hiring by region and role, capacity, utilization, and the mix of commercial, research and mission-driven engagements. Model demand and capacity. Build the demand, capacity and staffing models behind the plan, with scenarios leadership can use for hiring and prioritization decisions. Run the business reviews. Lead FDE's monthly and quarterly reviews. Set KPIs with FDE leadership, own the scorecard, and write the materials for GTM and company leadership. Build the reporting. Work with Revenue Operations and Data Science to get engagement, staffing and outcome data into our systems so reporting runs without manual work. Measure what engagements lead to: production launches, consumption, expansion, and patterns partners reuse. Shape the commercial model. Partner with Finance, Deal Desk and Legal on how FDE engagements are priced, packaged, discounted and contracted, and track the economics of the portfolio. Scale through partners. Build the plan and the economics for moving more work to delivery partners: which engagements partners own, co-deliver or get Anthropic advice on, what capacity they need, and how we measure their quality and cost. Design the org. Work with FDE leadership and People on new roles, manager spans and where new headcount lands as the team grows. Lead cross-functional projects. Take on questions that span Sales, Applied AI, Customer Success, Product and Research, from defining the problem through to a decision and a working process. Automate with Claude. Use Claude Code and agents to build and run the models, dashboards and workflows this role depends on. Minimum qualification: Have worked in strategy and operations, business operations, strategic finance or consulting, including direct work with a professional services, implementation, solutions engineering or forward deployed team Understand how a services business makes and loses money: utilization, staffing mix, rates, backlog and margin, and how they connect to customer outcomes Can build a capacity or staffing model from scratch, explain every assumption in it, and pull the data yourself with SQL Have run planning cycles and business reviews for a senior leader and written the materials yourself Have taken an unclear question to a recommendation, a decision and a process that other teams still use Earn the trust of senior technical and commercial leaders and can influence them without direct authority Are comfortable working fast with imperfect data and simple processes that you improve as you go Use AI tools in your own work today and want to push that much further Are excited about Anthropic's mission to build AI that is safe and beneficial Preferred qualification: 10+ years in GTM strategy and operations, business operations or consulting Built the operations of a professional services or FDE team through a period of fast growth Worked on services pricing, statements of work and deal terms with Finance and Legal Built or managed delivery partner programs, including subcontracting, co-delivery and partner economics Experience in a consumption or usage-based business, including tying services work to product usage Enough technical fluency to talk with engineers about how LLM applications are built (agents, evals, MCP) Experience with Salesforce and professional services automation (PSA) tools Experience at an AI, cloud or developer infrastructure company Experience preparing materials for executive and board audiences The annual compensation range for this role is listed below.
