Millions of companies—from the world’s largest enterprises to the most ambitious startups—use Stripe to accept payments, grow their revenue, and accelerate new business opportunities. Our mission is to increase the GDP of the internet. Stripe Apps connect Stripe with the tools businesses already use, bringing relevant data and workflows into the Stripe Dashboard and third-party systems. The Strategic Apps team owns a portfolio of integrations with enterprise systems that are critical to our users’ workflows—from quote-to-cash and support to reporting. We help users embed Stripe more deeply into the way they run their businesses. What you’ll do We’re looking for a Staff Product Manager to set the strategy and lead execution for Strategic Apps. You will own a portfolio of existing and new integrations, including those with systems such as Salesforce, and determine where Stripe should invest based on user needs, Stripe’s product and industry priorities, and market signals. You will work across Stripe and directly with external partners to deliver reliable, high-quality integrations that drive adoption and business outcomes. Own the vision, product strategy, roadmap, and success metrics for a portfolio of strategic apps, making and communicating clear trade-offs amid significant ambiguity. Identify, prioritize, and validate the highest-value user problems and integration opportunities through direct user research, ecosystem analysis, and quantitative evidence. Lead cross-functional teams across Engineering, Design, Data Science, Finance, Sales, User Support, Marketing, Partner Management, and other product teams to deliver and evolve integrations end to end. Partner with Engineering to define product requirements, technical approach, and quality standards for integrations, including APIs, documentation, edge cases, reliability, security, compliance, and ongoing maintenance. Establish feedback loops and measurement plans before launch; use product, business, and user metrics to assess efficacy, diagnose changes in performance, and continuously improve adoption, retention, and revenue outcomes. Represent Stripe’s product strategy with strategic technology partners and enterprise users, building productive relationships with product and technical counterparts and incorporating their feedback into roadmap decisions. Drive launches, beta programs, user acceptance testing, and go-to-market readiness in partnership with Marketing, Sales, Partner Management, and Support; ensure teams have the materials and operating model needed to support adoption at scale. Make and drive important cross-functional decisions, align senior stakeholders around a shared strategy, and communicate progress, risks, and outcomes clearly. Balance new feature development with investment in quality, reliability, technical debt, and foundational platform capabilities across the app portfolio. Improve how Stripe builds and operates strategic integrations by turning user, partner, and performance signals into scalable product and process improvements. Who you are Minimum requirements 8+ years of relevant product-management, engineering, or equivalent experience, including ownership of a high-quality product or feature area at scale or a major evolution of an existing product. Experience setting product strategy and driving execution across multiple cross-functional teams or a complex product area, from ambiguous problem definition through launch and iteration. Demonstrated ability to use qualitative and quantitative evidence to define success metrics, evaluate product performance, and make prioritization decisions. Strong technical judgment and fluency working with engineers on API-based products, integrations, technical constraints, and product quality. Experience engaging directly with enterprise users and external technology partners, and translating their needs into clear product decisions. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a track record of influencing senior stakeholders and leading through organizational boundaries. Preferred qualifications Experience with enterprise business systems and workflows, such as CRM, ERP, quote-to-cash, support, or reporting platforms; familiarity with Salesforce, Oracle, SAP, or Microsoft Dynamics is a plus. Experience building or scaling platform, ecosystem, marketplace, or partner-integrated products. Experience growing product adoption, usage, or revenue through product-led and go-to-market initiatives. Experience in payments, financial technology, or other regulated technology environments. A degree in computer science, engineering, or another technical field, or equivalent practical experience.

Who We Are Notion is the collaborative AI workspace where teams and agents think together . We're building one place where your knowledge, projects, meetings, and AI tools live side by side, so work is faster, clearer, and less fragmented. Millions of individuals, small teams, and large companies run their work on Notion. Notinos (our employees) are customer zero in bringing this future of work to life. We care about craft, building things that last, and the belief that great work is still fundamentally human. Our goal isn’t to ship the next feature. Each and every team of Notinos is working to set the standard for how humans work together in the AI era. From building a business’s system of record to making and managing AI agents to automating away the busy work, we care deeply about giving our customers more time for their life’s work. About the Role Build the iOS platform that helps engineers ship confidently. As Notion’s mobile team grows, we’re turning the first generation of mobile foundations into a durable platform: clearer architecture, ergonomic testing, dependable observability, and faster CI/CD. This role is broad—you’ll shape the iOS stack end to end, from shared frameworks and build systems to release quality, with opportunities to work across our shared Rust layer and AI infrastructure for mobile development. You’ll pair with mobile AI and core product engineers to understand friction, evaluate new iOS capabilities, and decide what should become part of the platform. This role can be based in either San Francisco or New York City. We work from our offices on Mondays, Tuesdays and Thursdays (our Anchor Days) because we do our best thinking and building together in person. We’re looking for someone who’s excited to work alongside the team during those days. What You'll Achieve Make the iOS platform agent-ready: Give engineers and agents dependable ways to build, run, test, screenshot, and iterate through the app so mobile teams can move faster without lowering the quality bar. By the end of your first year, define how iOS features are built: establish architecture and ship developer tools, then partner with product engineers to adopt them. Raise the bar for iOS reliability and release quality: Improve the systems that catch regressions, prevent incidents, and help engineers understand issues quickly across builds, tests, observability, and CI/CD. Skills You'll Need to Bring Deep iOS engineering experience at scale: You’ve helped build and deploy mobile applications used by millions, and understand the reliability, performance, and operational practices required at that scale. Platform or infrastructure experience: You’ve worked below the product-feature layer on mobile CI/CD, testing platforms, build systems, developer tooling, or shared frameworks—and can turn recurring friction into durable systems. Strong architectural judgment: You’re familiar with multiple approaches to iOS architecture and can explain the trade-offs clearly, choosing patterns that make features easier to build, test, and maintain. Cross-functional influence: You can partner closely with product engineers, understand their pain points, and earn adoption for new platform APIs, workflows, and standards without relying on authority. AI-native engineering practice: You use AI tools and agents as real collaborators, framing tasks clearly, reviewing generated changes, testing behavior, and designing workflows that make the broader team more effective. Notion is committed to providing highly competitive cash compensation, equity, and benefits. The compensation offered for this role will be based on multiple factors such as location, the role’s scope and complexity, and the candidate’s experience and expertise, and may vary from the range provided below. For roles based in San Francisco or New York City, the estimated base salary range for this role is $150,000 - $168,000 per year. By clicking “Submit Application”, I understand and agree that Notion and its affiliates and subsidiaries will collect and process my information in accordance with Notion’s Global Recruiting Privacy Policy and NYLL 144 . #LI-Onsite A Note on AI You don’t need deep AI expertise for every role, but we do expect every Notino to be intellectually curious, drawn to tinkering and discovery, and excited to use AI as a real collaborator in their work. For some roles, AI fluency is a core requirement — when that’s the case, we'll say so explicitly in the qualifications. People who thrive here don’t treat AI as a novelty. They use it to think better, and make their work easier for others to build on. Equal Opportunity & Accommodations We hire talented people from a wide range of backgrounds. If you’re excited about this role but don’t meet every bullet, we still encourage you to apply. Notion is an equal opportunity employer and does not discriminate on the basis of any legally protected characteristic. Consistent with applicable law, we will consider for employment qualified applicants with arrest and conviction records. Notion provides reasonable accommodations during the application process; if you need one, please let your recruiter know. Notion is proud to be an equal opportunity employer. About Anthropic Anthropic’s mission is to create reliable, interpretable, and steerable AI systems. We want AI to be safe and beneficial for our users and for society as a whole. Our team is a quickly growing group of committed researchers, engineers, policy experts, and business leaders working together to build beneficial AI systems. About the role Anthropic's EMEA Startups team works with the companies building AI-native products on Claude, from Seed through Series B and beyond. The Growth Account Executive owns a portfolio of startups that are already building on Claude and is responsible for growing that relationship: deepening Claude's role in the customer's product, structuring the commercial agreements that support their scale, and defending the account as the competitive landscape shifts. This is a consultative role. Native AI companies move fast, change direction often, and make decisions on technical merit. Earning a seat at the table means building real relationships with founders and technical leaders, understanding their product and roadmap as well as they do, and helping them build on the frontier — bringing them the latest models and capabilities early, showing them what's possible, and turning that into adoption. Commercial outcomes follow from that trust. You work closely with our Applied AI (AAI) team, who bring deep technical partnership to our highest-potential accounts, but you are expected to understand what each customer is building and identify the next use case yourself. Helping customers build on the frontier is part of this job, not something you hand off. Responsibilities Own a portfolio of high-potential AI-native startups across EMEA, with full accountability for revenue growth and retention Build long-term, trusted relationships with founders, CTOs and technical leads, acting as their advisor on how to build with Claude Help customers build on the frontier: bring new model releases and capabilities to them early, work through where they apply, and drive adoption into the core of the product Develop use cases: understand each customer's product and roadmap, identify where Claude can go deeper, and make it happen Structure, size and time usage-based commitments, including multi-surface agreements across the Claude API, Claude Code and Claude for Work Navigate competitive pressure, including aggressive discounting, with a clear point of view on value rather than price Partner with the Applied AI team on technical strategy for your accounts and coordinate their involvement where it creates the most leverage Build and maintain relationships across the EMEA VC and accelerator ecosystem to source and qualify pipeline Bring structured feedback from your portfolio to Product and Go-to-Market leadership You may be a good fit if you have 5+ years of quota-carrying experience in consumption or usage-based sales at a cloud provider, infrastructure, data platform or developer tools company A track record of expanding existing accounts: you have carried a growth or expansion number and understand how commits, credits and usage curves work A consultative selling style, with evidence that customers treat you as an advisor rather than a vendor Experience selling to early- and growth-stage startups and comfort with the pace and informality of founder-led companies Enough technical depth to hold a credible conversation with a CTO about APIs, model selection and AI product architecture, and to recognise where a new capability fits Existing relationships in the European startup, VC or accelerator ecosystem Fluency in English; additional European languages are a plus Strong candidates often have Time inside a startup, not just selling to them Hands-on experience building with LLMs, even on side projects A history of describing wins by what the customer built rather than the size of the deal The annual compensation range for this role is listed below. For sales roles, the range provided is the role’s On Target Earnings ("OTE") range, meaning that the range includes both the sales commissions/sales bonuses target and annual base salary for the role. Annual Salary: €155.000 — €205.000 EUR Logistics Minimum education: Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education, training, and/or experience Required field of study: A field relevant to the role as demonstrated through coursework, training, or professional experience Minimum years of experience: Years of experience required will correlate with the internal job level requirements for the position Location-based hybrid policy: Currently, we expect all staff to be in one of our offices at least 25% of the time. About the role As the first hire for our Revenue Strategy & Operations team in Southeast Asia, you'll partner with sales leadership to plan and run our business across the region from Singapore, from the region's largest enterprises and business groups to its fastest‑growing technology companies. You will be the trusted advisor to our regional sales leadership on how the business is planned and run, shaping how we invest across a set of very different markets while building the operational foundations to scale. Much of the work you will do yourself, hands‑on. This role suits a structured thinker who is comfortable with ambiguity: you will often start from an open question, turn it into a clear recommendation, and get leaders who don't report to you aligned behind it. You'll work closely with Strategy & Operations peers in Australia, Japan, Korea and India, with global Revenue Operations and Finance, and you'll use Claude every day to do the work of a much larger team. You'll start as a senior individual contributor, with the opportunity to build and lead a small team as the region scales. You'll report to the head of Revenue Strategy & Operations for Asia‑Pacific (based in Sydney), work day to day alongside our sales leaders and team in Singapore, and travel regularly within the region. Responsibilities Go‑to‑Market Strategy Lead annual and quarterly go‑to‑market planning for the region with sales leadership and Finance — set targets, territories and sales capacity, and own the trade‑offs behind them. Set how we segment a multi‑country market and design territories, from large enterprises and business groups that operate across borders to fast‑growing technology companies. Align leadership on market prioritization and coverage — where we invest first, how we cover the rest — and revisit the call as the business grows. Shape how we go to market with partners and resellers — co‑selling, partner pipeline and joint planning — alongside our partnerships team. Give sales leadership an independent read of the business — performance, pipeline and consumption across markets — with the risks, the opportunities and a recommended course of action, early enough to act on. Rhythm of the Business & Regional Leadership Own the operating rhythm of the region — weekly forecast and pipeline reviews, monthly and quarterly business reviews — and make it the place where decisions get made, not where reports get read. Represent the region with Revenue Operations, Sales Enablement, Finance, Marketing and Partnerships; keep its plans aligned with Asia‑Pacific and the company, and bring back what works elsewhere. Advise regional and Asia‑Pacific leadership through planning sessions, performance reviews and leadership updates — own the narrative, not just the numbers. Influence without authority: bring structure to ambiguous problems, build the case, and drive decisions across teams you don't manage. Operations & Global Programs Own the region's commercial governance — account and territory decisions, planning inputs, data standards — working through our global Revenue Operations team, who own the CRM and sales systems. Land global programs, processes and tools in the region, and be the region's voice back to headquarters when something needs to change. Keep the commercial engine running smoothly across the multi‑country, multi‑stakeholder sales cycles typical of enterprise software in the region. You may be a good fit if you have Required qualifications 8-12 years of experience in B2B SaaS, cloud or enterprise software, including several years leading sales strategy, revenue operations or commercial go‑to‑market work as the advisor to a sales leader — ideally across more than one Southeast Asian market Structured thinking: a track record of taking ambiguous, open‑ended problems and turning them into options, a recommendation and a decision Analytical depth: you can get from raw data to a recommendation yourself, and you know which three numbers a leader needs to see You have owned annual planning, territory design, quota setting and business reviews for enterprise sales teams that cover several countries Hands‑on with Salesforce and data — reports, dashboards and your own analysis; you use the systems yourself rather than administer them Presence and judgement with senior sales leadership and C‑level stakeholders — including the confidence to give an unwelcome recommendation — and a record of getting decisions made across teams you don't manage Comfortable operating in ambiguity and at pace; you can build the process while running it A record of advising regional leadership on go‑to‑market strategy and getting the organization behind it Based in Singapore, with fluent English Strong candidates may also have Management consulting experience (strategy or operations work), ideally combined with time in an operating role A track record of scaling sales organizations through 3x+ growth periods in B2B software, including expansion into new markets Experience building and leading a small team, or clear readiness to do so as the function scales Go‑to‑market experience with partners, resellers or cloud marketplaces in the region Experience in Chief of Staff or Business Operations roles supporting regional leadership Professional proficiency in one or more languages of the region, in addition to English Logistics Minimum education: Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education, training, and/or experience Required field of study: A field relevant to the role as demonstrated through coursework, training, or professional experience Minimum years of experience: Years of experience required will correlate with the internal job level requirements for the position Location-based hybrid policy: Currently, we expect all staff to be in one of our offices at least 25% of the time. However, some roles may require more time in our offices. Visa sponsorship: We do sponsor visas! However, we aren't able to successfully sponsor visas for every role and every candidate. But if we make you an offer, we will make every reasonable effort to get you a visa, and we retain an immigration lawyer to help with this. We encourage you to apply even if you do not believe you meet every single qualification. Not all strong candidates will meet every single qualification as listed. Research shows that people who identify as being from underrepresented groups are more prone to experiencing imposter syndrome and doubting the strength of their candidacy, so we urge you not to exclude yourself prematurely and to submit an application if you're interested in this work. We think AI systems like the ones we're building have enormous social and ethical implications. We think this makes representation even more important, and we strive to include a range of diverse perspectives on our team. Your safety matters to us. How we're different We believe that the highest-impact AI research will be big science. At Anthropic we work as a single cohesive team on just a few large-scale research efforts. And we value impact — advancing our long-term goals of steerable, trustworthy AI — rather than work on smaller and more specific puzzles. We view AI research as an empirical science, which has as much in common with physics and biology as with traditional efforts in computer science. We're an extremely collaborative group, and we host frequent research discussions to ensure that we are pursuing the highest-impact work at any given time. As such, we greatly value communication skills. The easiest way to understand our research directions is to read our recent research. This research continues many of the directions our team worked on prior to Anthropic, including: GPT-3, Circuit-Based Interpretability, Multimodal Neurons, Scaling Laws, AI & Compute, Concrete Problems in AI Safety, and Learning from Human Preferences.
