Figma is growing our team of passionate creatives and builders on a mission to make design accessible to all. Figma’s platform helps teams bring ideas to life—whether you're brainstorming, creating a prototype, translating designs into code, or iterating with AI. From idea to product, Figma empowers teams to streamline workflows, move faster, and work together in real time from anywhere in the world. If you're excited to shape the future of design and collaboration, join us! Video is one of the most powerful ways we bring the Figma brand to life, and we are building the function to match that ambition. As a Video Strategist, you will define what video does for this brand and build the operation that delivers it: the strategy, the franchises people come back for, the production model behind them, and eventually the team that runs it all. You will sit within Brand Marketing and partner closely with design, creative, comms, product marketing, community, and advocacy to turn complex product and customer stories into work people want to watch and share. This is a rare combination. Figma is a beloved brand with a creative community that already wants to hear from us, and a video function that is still yours to build. This is a full time role based in San Francisco or New York hub, or remotely in the United States. What you’ll do at Figma: Set the strategy: Define the role video plays across brand, social, editorial, product launch, community, and event moments. Own the format architecture and the prioritization framework that decides what we make and what we pass on Build franchises: Create and run a portfolio of recurring video programs that compound audience over time, alongside the campaign and launch work. Own the development pipeline for new formats and the call to renew, evolve, or retire a series Build the engine: Decide what we produce in-house, what goes to agencies and directors, and what we source from creators, with the economics behind each. Own the video budget and vendor relationships, and build the standards we are missing today around briefing, review, rights, and asset reuse Lead the craft: Set and hold the quality bar for video made anywhere under the Figma brand. Write and approve briefs, run creative reviews, and enable cross-functional teams producing their own video with guardrails and coaching rather than gatekeeping Measure what matters: Partner with our Brand Marketing Technologist to define what good looks like for each format and franchise, instrument it, and report it in a way that changes what we make next Grow the team: Lead, hire, and develop the video team and the external bench, and make the case for the resourcing the strategy requires We'd love to hear from you if you have: 10+ years across video, brand storytelling, editorial, content strategy, or production leadership, including several years leading a video function or team A track record creating and running recurring video franchises that outlasted a single season and grew an audience Experience owning a production model end to end: the in-house versus agency versus creator call, a real budget, and the partner relationships behind it People leadership. You have hired, developed, and given hard feedback to producers, editors, or an external bench Fluency across the format spectrum, from social-first short-form to long-form storytelling, launch films, and customer narratives, with clear opinions on what each format is good for The ability to set a creative bar for work made by people who do not report to you, and to hold it without becoming the bottleneck Comfort as the video voice in rooms with senior stakeholders, including the judgment to disagree productively and the measurement literacy to defend your decisions While it’s not required, it’s an added plus if you also have: Hands-on editing or motion graphics ability. We are not hiring you to sit on a timeline, but craft fluency sharpens judgment and helps you move fast Experience with live event and conference content at scale Familiarity with music licensing, talent releases, and usage rights at volume Experience building creator and influencer partnerships Experience scaling video inside a company going through rapid growth or a brand evolution At Figma, one of our values is Grow as you go. We believe in hiring smart, curious people who are excited to learn and develop their skills. If you’re excited about this role but your past experience doesn’t align perfectly with the points outlined in the job description, we encourage you to apply anyways. You may be just the right candidate for this or other roles. Pay Transparency Disclosure Job level and actual compensation will be decided based on factors including, but not limited to, individual qualifications objectively assessed during the interview process (including skills and prior relevant experience, potential impact, and scope of role), market demands, and specific work location. About Vercel: Vercel is the agentic infrastructure company, freeing people and agents to ship what's next. For more than a decade we've helped builders move from idea to production with speed, security, and exceptional developer experience. Now we're scaling our products for both agents and people to ship and run software, built in the open and trusted by OpenAI, PayPal, Ramp, Supreme, and millions of developers worldwide. About the Role: You will own product design for Vercel Marketplace and Vercel Connect, the products that help developers and agents discover, provision, and connect external services to their workloads running on Vercel. You will design both sides of the ecosystem: builders choosing and managing services, and partners creating and operating integrations across the Vercel dashboard, CLI, API-driven agent flows, v0, and partner tools. Both products are live, with active customers and partners. You will improve current journeys while defining how integrations and agent access should work next. You will report into Design and collaborate with a Product Manager and dedicated engineering team. We’re considering candidates at both the Senior and Staff level and will calibrate level based on experience and demonstrated scope and impact. If you’re based within a pre-determined commuting distance of one of our offices (SF, NY, London, or Berlin), the role includes in-office anchor days on Monday, Tuesday, and Friday. If you're located beyond that distance, the role is fully remote. For location-specific details, please connect with our recruiting team. What You Will Do: Own the builder and partner experiences across discovery, installation, billing, management, and removal, and shape what the team builds next with Product and Engineering. Define how developers and agents discover, provision, configure, and use databases, services, and integrations across Marketplace and Connect. Turn OAuth, permissions, environments, credentials, billing, and provider constraints into experiences that feel simple without hiding details that matter. Build and test working prototypes independently, using coding agents to explore product behavior and technical constraints. Work directly with customers and partners, using research, support signals, and product data to find opportunities, define success measures, and prove improvements through experiments. Work through implementation with engineers and maintain quality through launch and iteration. There is no mature design playbook here. Create the reusable patterns and structure Marketplace and Connect need, and adjust course as evidence arrives. Take on foundational product problems, including provider dependencies and platform operations. Some high-impact work will be largely invisible to users. About You: Your portfolio makes your contribution, decisions, shipped outcomes, and impact after launch easy to understand. You have independently owned ambiguous, technically complex product work from problem framing through launch and iteration. You reason about systems while maintaining a high bar for interaction and visual craft. You use qualitative and quantitative evidence, define success measures, and change direction when evidence challenges the hypothesis. You make complex products feel clear and trustworthy, including edge cases, recovery, language, and accessibility. You work directly with Product and Engineering, read APIs or code when useful, and explain tradeoffs clearly. You independently use coding agents to prototype interactions, inspect implementation, and learn unfamiliar systems. Curiosity and agency with these tools are required. Production engineering experience is not required. We care more about product judgment, craft, ownership, and how quickly you learn a technical system. Bonus If You: Have designed a marketplace, integrations platform, partner ecosystem, or other multi-sided product. Understand OAuth, permissions, secrets, billing, developer tooling, or infrastructure products. Have shipped AI or agent experiences, especially workflows that move between human approval and autonomous action. Have an engineering background or experience contributing production web code. Compensation & Benefits: Competitive compensation package, including equity. Inclusive Healthcare Package. Learn and Grow - we provide mentorship and send you to events that help you build your network and skills. Flexible Time Off. We will provide you the gear you need to do your role, and a WFH budget for you to outfit your space as needed. The San Francisco, CA base pay range for this role is $172,000 - $258,000. Actual salary will be based on job-related skills, experience, and location. Compensation outside of San Francisco may be adjusted based on employee location. The total compensation package may include benefits, equity-based compensation, and eligibility for a company bonus or variable pay program depending on the role. Your recruiter can share more details during the hiring process. Disclosures: Privacy: Please review our Job Applicant Privacy Policy for more information on how we handle your data. Deliver one-to-many technical workshops for partner engineering teams, and author the workshop content behind them. Run and support partner hackathons that build partner skills and surface joint solutions. Provide pre-sales support where partners are engaged: proofs of concept, technical deep dives, and deal unblocking alongside Vercel's sales and sales engineering teams. Serve as the main technical contact for SIs and GSIs in the region, building lasting relationships with their engineering teams and practice leadership. Build templates and solutions that equip partner communities with the best practices on delivering with Vercel. About you: You are passionate about building first-class user experiences on the web. You have a strong understanding of web architecture, frontend development, and serverless computing. You have 2+ years of experience as a solutions engineer advising or consulting engineering teams. You have 4+ years of experience building and launching frontend applications using Next.js or React. You speak German and/or French; spoken fluency in at least one of them, alongside professional English, is essential for this role. You have worked with or within agencies, systems integrators, or consulting firms, and understand how they staff, deliver, and grow a technology practice. You are experienced in developer relations, from training sessions and talks to producing technical content. You have a results-driven mindset and are experienced working in a fast-paced environment. You are comfortable working with remote, globally distributed cross-functional teams. You have excellent communication skills and experience building and maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders. You have experience driving the adoption of web technology or previous pre-sales experience. You are based in EMEA and able to travel 20% of the time. Bonus if you: Have built and shipped AI-powered or agentic applications, ideally with the AI SDK. Speak both German and French. Have run certification, training, or enablement programs at scale. Have experience with composable architectures (headless CMS, commerce, search, analytics) common in partner-delivered projects. Benefits: Competitive compensation package, including equity. About Anthropic Anthropic’s mission is to create reliable, interpretable, and steerable AI systems. We want AI to be safe and beneficial for our users and for society as a whole. Our team is a quickly growing group of committed researchers, engineers, policy experts, and business leaders working together to build beneficial AI systems. About the role We are hiring a National Security Partnerships Lead to grow and manage our relationships with the U.S. Intelligence Community and with allied intelligence and security services. You will report to the Head of National Security Policy and advise company leadership on intelligence and allied-partner matters. You will help partner security organizations build policies that let them adopt frontier AI quickly and for high-impact missions, while deploying it safely and avoiding incidents. You will also engage U.S. and foreign government officials on the policy frameworks that guide the international distribution and deployment of Anthropic's models. You will own a portfolio of government partnerships end to end: setting the agenda with senior counterparts, structuring the agreements and channels that govern each relationship, and bringing partner requirements and concerns back into Anthropic's policy, product, research, and safeguards decisions. You will work closely with our public sector sales, legal, security, and threat intelligence teams. Key responsibilities Lead Anthropic's strategic engagement with U.S. Intelligence Community elements and allied intelligence and security services. Help partner security organizations develop the policies and governance that enable rapid, high-impact adoption of frontier AI and safe deployments that avoid incidents. Identify high-leverage national security deployments with partners, and support our public sector sales team in delivering them. Brief senior government security officials in the U.S. and allied capitals on frontier AI capabilities, risks, and Anthropic's approach to safety. Engage U.S. and foreign government officials on the national security implications of the international distribution and deployment of Anthropic's models, and advise company leadership on partner equities in those decisions. Partner with federal affairs, international policy, communications, and marketing on national security matters, including engagement with the Executive Branch and Congress. Travel regularly within the U.S. and to allied countries. Minimum qualifications Substantial experience in national security, including work in or with the Intelligence Community. Direct experience managing relationships with foreign partner governments or services. An active TS/SCI clearance, or one held within the last two years, and the ability to obtain and maintain it. Experience negotiating formal agreements or partnerships between governments, or between government and industry. A working understanding of how intelligence organizations operate, including classification, liaison relationships, and how they adopt new technology, and the ability to get things done within those constraints. The ability to brief senior policymakers and officials clearly, and to explain technical subjects without overstating them. Experience working effectively with cross-functional teams, including technical, sales, policy, trust and safety, legal, security, product, research, and communications. Demonstrated interest and experience in a complex technical subject, ideally AI, though defense technology, cybersecurity, or similar fields also count. The ability to build structure where little exists and to manage competing priorities without waiting for perfect clarity. Preferred qualifications 10+ years of experience in national security, including substantial work in or with the Intelligence Community. Experience in a liaison, foreign partnership, or foreign disclosure role. Experience in related private-sector roles, such as at technology, cybersecurity, or defense companies. Regional expertise or language skills relevant to allied partners. Hands-on familiarity with large language models and how they can be misused. The annual compensation range for this role is listed below. For sales roles, the range provided is the role’s On Target Earnings ("OTE") range, meaning that the range includes both the sales commissions/sales bonuses target and annual base salary for the role. Annual Salary: $295,000 — $345,000 USD Logistics Minimum education: Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education, training, and/or experience Required field of study: A field relevant to the role as demonstrated through coursework, training, or professional experience Minimum years of experience: Years of experience required will correlate with the internal job level requirements for the position Location-based hybrid policy: Currently, we expect all staff to be in one of our offices at least 25% of the time. However, some roles may require more time in our offices. Visa sponsorship: We do sponsor visas! However, we aren't able to successfully sponsor visas for every role and every candidate. But if we make you an offer, we will make every reasonable effort to get you a visa, and we retain an immigration lawyer to help with this. We encourage you to apply even if you do not believe you meet every single qualification. Not all strong candidates will meet every single qualification as listed. Research shows that people who identify as being from underrepresented groups are more prone to experiencing imposter syndrome and doubting the strength of their candidacy, so we urge you not to exclude yourself prematurely and to submit an application if you're interested in this work. We think AI systems like the ones we're building have enormous social and ethical implications. We think this makes representation even more important, and we strive to include a range of diverse perspectives on our team. Your safety matters to us. To protect yourself from potential scams, remember that Anthropic recruiters only contact you from @anthropic.com email addresses. In some cases, we may partner with vetted recruiting agencies who will identify themselves as working on behalf of Anthropic. Be cautious of emails from other domains. Legitimate Anthropic recruiters will never ask for money, fees, or banking information before your first day. If you're ever unsure about a communication, don't click any links—visit anthropic.com/careers directly for confirmed position openings. How we're different We believe that the highest-impact AI research will be big science. At Anthropic we work as a single cohesive team on just a few large-scale research efforts. And we value impact — advancing our long-term goals of steerable, trustworthy AI — rather than work on smaller and more specific puzzles. We view AI research as an empirical science, which has as much in common with physics and biology as with traditional efforts in computer science. We're an extremely collaborative group, and we host frequent research discussions to ensure that we are pursuing the highest-impact work at any given time. As such, we greatly value communication skills. The easiest way to understand our research directions is to read our recent research. This research continues many of the directions our team worked on prior to Anthropic, including: GPT-3, Circuit-Based Interpretability, Multimodal Neurons, Scaling Laws, AI & Compute, Concrete Problems in AI Safety, and Learning from Human Preferences. Come work with us! Anthropic is a public benefit corporation headquartered in San Francisco. We offer competitive compensation and benefits, optional equity donation matching, generous vacation and parental leave, flexible working hours, and a lovely office space in which to collaborate with colleagues.
