About Anthropic Anthropic’s mission is to create reliable, interpretable, and steerable AI systems. We want AI to be safe and beneficial for our users and for society as a whole. Our team is a quickly growing group of committed researchers, engineers, policy experts, and business leaders working together to build beneficial AI systems. About the Team As AI training and deployments scale, the volume of data we need to monitor and understand is exploding. Our team uses Claude itself to make sense of this data. We own an integrated set of tools enabling Anthropic to ask open-ended questions, surface unexpected patterns, and maintain meaningful human oversight over massive datasets. Our tools are widely adopted internally — powering ongoing enforcement , threat intelligence investigations , model audits , and more — and we're looking for an experienced engineering manager to help us both scale up existing applications and go zero-to-one on new ones. About the Role As an Engineering Manager for the team, you'll lead research engineers who design and build systems that let AI analyze large, unstructured datasets — think tens or hundreds of thousands of conversations or documents — and produce structured, trustworthy insights. The team works across the full stack, from core analysis frameworks through user-facing apps and interfaces. This is a high-leverage role. The tools you build will be used by dozens of researchers and investigators, and directly shape our ability to measure and mitigate both misuse and misalignment. Responsibilities: Lead the design and implementation of AI-based monitoring systems for AI training and deployment Extend and improve core frameworks for processing large volumes of unstructured text Partner with researchers and safety teams across Anthropic to understand their analytical needs, and prioritize the team's work to build solutions Develop agentic integrations that allow AI systems to autonomously investigate and act on analytical findings Contribute to the strategic direction of the team, including decisions about what to build, what to partner on, and where to invest Coach and support your reports to understand and pursue their professional growth Run the team's recruiting efforts, ensuring we can grow as quickly as we need Design processes that help the team operate effectively You May Be a Good Fit If You: Are an experienced manager (at least 2 years) and actively enjoy people management Have 5+ years of software engineering experience, with meaningful exposure to ML systems Are excited about the problem of scaling human oversight of AI systems Are familiar with LLM application development (context engineering, evaluation, orchestration) Enjoy building tools that other people use — you care about UX, reliability, and documentation Can context-switch between deep infrastructure work and user-facing product thinking Thrive in collaborative, cross-functional environments Strong Candidates May Also Have: Research experience in AI safety, alignment, or responsible deployment Strong people management experience: coaching, performance evaluation, mentorship, career development Experience recruiting for your team: predicting staffing needs, designing interview loops, evaluating candidates, and closing them Practical experience with both data science and engineering, including developing and using large-scale data processing frameworks Experience with productionizing internal tools or building developer-facing platforms Background in building monitoring or observability systems Comfort with ambiguity — our team is small and growing, and you'll help define what we become The annual compensation range for this role is listed below. For sales roles, the range provided is the role’s On Target Earnings ("OTE") range, meaning that the range includes both the sales commissions/sales bonuses target and annual base salary for the role. Annual Salary: $405,000 — $850,000 USD Logistics Minimum education: Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education, training, and/or experience Required field of study: A field relevant to the role as demonstrated through coursework, training, or professional experience Minimum years of experience: Years of experience required will correlate with the internal job level requirements for the position Location-based hybrid policy: Currently, we expect all staff to be in one of our offices at least 25% of the time. However, some roles may require more time in our offices. Visa sponsorship: We do sponsor visas! However, we aren't able to successfully sponsor visas for every role and every candidate. But if we make you an offer, we will make every reasonable effort to get you a visa, and we retain an immigration lawyer to help with this. We encourage you to apply even if you do not believe you meet every single qualification. Not all strong candidates will meet every single qualification as listed. Research shows that people who identify as being from underrepresented groups are more prone to experiencing imposter syndrome and doubting the strength of their candidacy, so we urge you not to exclude yourself prematurely and to submit an application if you're interested in this work. We think AI systems like the ones we're building have enormous social and ethical implications. We think this makes representation even more important, and we strive to include a range of diverse perspectives on our team. Your safety matters to us. How we're different We believe that the highest-impact AI research will be big science. At Anthropic we work as a single cohesive team on just a few large-scale research efforts. About the role Anthropic’s Safeguards Enforcement team detects and mitigates misuse of Claude, and much of that work depends on people: a growing human review workforce made up of full-time staff, contractors, vendors and BPO partners. As that workforce scales across a widening range of harm areas, the programs that bring people in, give them the right access, and roll them off cleanly have to keep pace. As Program Manager for Safeguards Workforce Operations, you’ll own those programs end to end. You’ll run onboarding, offboarding, device provisioning and access provisioning for every worker type we use, working hands-on with the requests themselves while you build the processes that make them repeatable. You’ll partner with Enforcement leads to turn shifting priorities into capacity plans, and carry those plans through with our vendor partners. Because this role supports every Safeguards Enforcement program, you’ll also connect the dots across Anthropic, working with IT, People Operations, Security, Contingent Workforce, Human Data Operations and other teams running scaled human review to streamline practices and keep standards consistent. This is a role for someone who likes fixing broken things at speed. The landscape moves quickly, priorities change often, and the work is an even mix of direct execution and program building. Key responsibilities Own the workforce lifecycle for contractor, vendor and BPO reviewers: onboarding, offboarding, device provisioning and access provisioning Triage and execute inbound requests for new or changing vendor, BPO and contractor capacity Turn ad hoc or broken processes into scalable ones, with clear owners, service levels and a system of record Partner with IT and Security on access governance: least-privilege provisioning, timely revocation and regular access reviews Build and maintain capacity plans with Enforcement leads, translating review demand into workforce needs and adjusting as priorities shift Work with Safeguards vendor management to hold partners accountable to capacity and onboarding commitments Align practices with Human Data Operations and other teams running scaled human review, and help them streamline their own workflows Help define the long-term workforce strategy for Safeguards Enforcement Minimum qualifications Have personally run onboarding, offboarding, access and device provisioning for contractor, vendor or BPO workforces — doing the work, not only overseeing it Have operated scaled human review programs with vendors or BPOs, such as trust & safety, content moderation or data annotation operations Have taken a broken or ad hoc process, made it scalable, and brought other teams along in adopting it Understand the fundamentals of capacity planning: how volume, handle time, quality targets, ramp and attrition turn into workforce needs Exercise sound judgment on access and permissions, and know when to bring in IT or Security Move quickly and stay effective when priorities change and information is incomplete Build alignment through direct partnership with the teams you depend on Preferred qualifications Owned a vendor or BPO relationship directly, including service levels and business reviews Built formal capacity models for review or operations workforces Supported workforces across more than one enforcement or harm area Hands-on experience with device management and identity and access tooling Worked through a period of hypergrowth where programs had to mature alongside the organization The annual compensation range for this role is listed below. For sales roles, the range provided is the role’s On Target Earnings ("OTE") range, meaning that the range includes both the sales commissions/sales bonuses target and annual base salary for the role. About the Role As an AV Operations Specialist, you'll be accountable for how the AV spaces perform, how support requests get resolved, and how events land in the space you're responsible for. This role will help own all areas within the AV landscape. In a given week you might execute a preventative maintenance sweep across a floor of conference rooms, work the support queue and drive a recurring failure to root cause, and then run technical coverage for an all-hands or an executive presentation that evening. You'll be the regional presence our AV Engineering and Production teams build on — the person who catches problems before users report them, and who turns what you learn on the ground into standards the rest of the team can run from. Your work directly enables the collaboration and transparency that advance our AI safety mission. Responsibilities Site Ownership & Room Health Serve as the AV owner for your office — accountable for the health, readiness, and performance of every room and event space in the building Execute preventative maintenance programs and recurring room sweeps on a defined cadence, not only in response to tickets Maintain accurate inventory of room systems, peripherals, wireless microphones, cameras, and portable production gear, including spares strategy and replacement cycles Coordinate AV scope for office moves, room reconfigurations, and new-space readiness in partnership with Workplace and AV Engineering Know your estate: maintain the room documentation, as-builts, and site-specific gotchas that make your office supportable by anyone on the team Support Operations Help own the AV support queue — triage, prioritization, resolution, and escalation with clear diagnostic context Participate in the regional AV on-run rotation (West, East, or EMEA), covering AV issues during local business hours alongside the daily room-check discipline Systematically isolate faults to a point in the signal chain rather than reaching for reboots and cable swaps Drive recurring issues to root cause and surface them to AV Engineering as candidates for platform-level or design-level fixes Contribute to runbooks, standard operating procedures, and knowledge base documentation that other technicians follow Event Support & Production Provide technical coverage for live and hybrid events in your office — from small executive presentations and team meetings through to all-hands and company-wide broadcasts Operate event production systems including audio consoles, video switchers, camera systems, playback, and streaming encoders Run pre-event readiness: walkthroughs, rehearsals, source checks, gear staging, and failover planning Handle scoping conversations with requesters — translating what a stakeholder wants the event to feel like into an equipment and staffing plan that fits the team's SLA Turn novel one-off events into repeatable standards — a template, runbook, or gear list that makes the next one easier for the whole team Vendor Direction & Cross-functional Partnership Direct AV integrators, contractors, and event labor on site, holding them to defined scope, SLAs, and quality standards Partner with Workplace, Events, and IT on lead times, expectations, and readiness Act as the regional feedback loop to AV Engineering — what's failing, what's missing, and what the standard should be Communicate status, risk, and resolution to non-technical stakeholders in clear, calm, jargon-free language You May Be a Good Fit If You: Have 8+ years of hands-on experience in AV operations, workplace technology, or technical event support Have owned a standing estate — the same rooms, the same stakeholders, week over week — and were accountable for how those spaces performed over time Bring working fluency across room systems, event audio, video, camera, and streaming, with enough depth to diagnose problems rather than only report them Are comfortable being the only AV person in the building, and can prioritize independently across maintenance, support, and events Bring structure to ambiguity — checklists, intake processes, maintenance cadences, and documentation Are energized rather than drained by being the front-facing technical partner to executives, event producers, and everyone else who walks up to you in a hallway Take ownership end-to-end, from noticing a recurring failure to getting it permanently fixed Thrive in a fast-moving environment where standards are being written rather than inherited Strong Candidates May Also Have Experience With: Q-SYS DSP platforms — comfortable navigating and reasoning about existing audio/video routing and control designs Logitech CollabOS and Sync, Google Meet hardware, Zoom Rooms, and enterprise room system administration Preventative maintenance and room-sweep programs across a distributed room fleet Broadcast video switchers such as Blackmagic ATEM, Ross Carbonite, or NewTek TriCaster Digital audio mixing consoles such as Yamaha DM7 or CL/QL series, and Shure wireless systems PTZ camera systems and multi-camera workflows Ticketing and workflow systems such as Jira, and participation in an on-run rotation Coordinating AV contractors, integrators, and labor for site support and event coverage CTS certification or equivalent demonstrated capability Role Specific Location Policy: This role will be based in our New York office This role is expected to be in office 5 days per week Occasional evening and early-morning coverage is expected around major events 4-6 weeks of travel annually may be expected for this role for distributed support, office buildout support, and event coverage as needed Deadline to apply: None. About the role As a Capacity Deployment Lead within Anthropic's Data Center Operations (DCO) organization, you will support and scale how we bring new compute capacity online across a growing fleet of partner-operated data centers. Deployment runs from construction kickoff to ready for service (RFS). You are engaged during planning and construction, and on-site and hands-on from EFA through infrastructure delivery and receiving, integration QA, power-on and network turn-up, burn-in and validation, and acceptance. You work with hardware vendors and operations partners for completion of each CU (capacity unit) with a structured handover into production operations and the maintenance program. The scope is compute: accelerator systems, racks, and the infrastructure around them - at the sites in service today and the ones coming online behind them. This is a program and execution role. You will work with the Global Capacity Delivery Program Lead and the broader Data Center Operations organization, to extend its coverage across more sites and platforms as the fleet grows. Expect 50%+ travel: you get eyes on via boots-on-the-ground for each site in preparation for and during delivery, deployment, QA, and close-out, and your authority comes from being there. Working with vendors and partners, you set direction, priorities, and standards for execution, and you prove results with Anthropic-owned data rather than self-reported status. What you learn at one site - what worked, what slipped, what should become standard - becomes the playbook for the next wave. If you have delivered data center hardware at scale, are passionate about HPC data centers, & enjoy working in complex, fast-paced environments, we welcome you to apply. Responsibilities Include: Own deployment outcomes for your assigned sites and data-hall waves: CUs and hall ready-for-service dates met, with exceptions closed out, or risk called early enough for leadership to act. Engage from construction kickoff and confirm deployment readiness ahead of each wave - floor access, power, network, receiving paths, and partner staffing - working the gaps with the site operations partner and facilities counterparts before racks arrive. Be on site at key points before and during delivery, deployment, QA, and close-out; verify the work with your own eyes rather than from a dashboard, and support the on-site teams with your direct expertise. Work with partner's site leadership to ensure success through rack delivery and receiving, integration QA, power-on and network turn-up, and burn-in and validation, setting daily priorities and quality gates and confirming results against Anthropic-owned ticket and telemetry data. Validate the handover gate for each CU and data hall: acceptance criteria met, burn-in complete, documentation delivered, spares positioned, ticketing live, and a structured handover into production operations and the maintenance program. Turn best practices, optimization, and lessons learned from each deployment into program-wide improvements: procedures, checklists, acceptance standards, and metrics, so the next wave runs faster and cleaner than the last. Extend the deployment program to new sites and platforms, adapting standards and acceptance criteria as the hardware changes. Communicate deployment status, dependencies, constraints, and risk to engineering, capacity planning, the team that owns the overall site schedule, and leadership. You may be a good fit if you: Have 8+ years of experience in data center operations or hardware deployment as a manager, technical lead or related role, including accountability for delivery milestones. Can demonstrate a proven track record leading compute or network hardware deployments at a large scale across multiple sites or data-hall waves, from early floor access through ready for service. Have managed vendors, OEMs, or contract workforces to measurable outcomes: milestones, quality gates, operational reviews, and corrective action. Possess hands-on technical depth in server, network, and rack-level hardware, enough to independently verify deployment quality and audit vendor claims. Have built or substantially improved operational processes. Are comfortable working with schedule, ticket, and telemetry data to drive decisions. Can travel heavily and work on site for extended stretches, including during delivery surges and turn-up windows. 50% Travel expected. Possess a bachelor's degree in relevant domain or equivalent practical experience. It’s a bonus if you have: Experience with GPU/accelerator or high-density liquid-cooled infrastructure, including bring-up of liquid-cooled racks. Experience standing up operations at a new site or data hall, from commissioning handoff through first deployment. Experience deploying more than one accelerator platform, or introducing a new hardware platform into an existing deployment program. Experience delivering deployment outcomes inside partner-operated or colocation sites where on-the-floor operations are staffed via third parties. Familiarity with dense accelerator network cabling, optics, and high-speed interconnect at rack and pod scale. The annual compensation range for this role is listed below. For sales roles, the range provided is the role’s On Target Earnings ("OTE") range, meaning that the range includes both the sales commissions/sales bonuses target and annual base salary for the role. Who We Are Notion is the collaborative AI workspace where teams and agents think together . We're building one place where your knowledge, projects, meetings, and AI tools live side by side, so work is faster, clearer, and less fragmented. Millions of individuals, small teams, and large companies run their work on Notion. Notinos (our employees) are customer zero in bringing this future of work to life. We care about craft, building things that last, and the belief that great work is still fundamentally human. Our goal isn’t to ship the next feature. Each and every team of Notinos is working to set the standard for how humans work together in the AI era. From building a business’s system of record to making and managing AI agents to automating away the busy work, we care deeply about giving our customers more time for their life’s work. About the Role: Notion’s Tax team is growing, and we’re looking for a Senior Tax Accountant to support our global tax operations. In this role, you’ll run global indirect tax operations and strengthen the systems behind them. As Notion scales across products and jurisdictions, this role exists to make compliance, close, audits, and tax data more accurate, scalable, and audit-ready. You’ll own recurring sales and use tax, VAT/GST, business tax, registrations, notices, reconciliations, and related controls, while building exposure to income tax compliance and reporting. The work is hands-on and cross-functional: you’ll trace differences across billing, tax engines, filings, payments, and the general ledger with Accounting, Revenue, Billing, Product, Engineering, Data, and Customer Experience partners. This role is based in San Francisco. We work from our offices on Mondays, Tuesdays and Thursdays (our Anchor Days) because we do our best thinking and building together in person. We’re looking for someone who’s excited to work alongside the team during those days. What You'll Achieve: Take ownership of recurring U.S. and global indirect-tax filings, calendars, data packages, notices, registrations, and close support—with accurate, review-ready work. Establish a reliable reconciliation and exception workflow across billing, tax engines, filings, payments, and the general ledger, escalating issues clearly and early. Use AI-enabled workflows and data tools to investigate variances, quality-check work papers, and improve documentation while preserving human review and controls. Make tax operations more scalable and audit-ready by strengthening controls, process documentation, evidence, handoffs, audit support, and SOX walkthrough readiness. Become a trusted partner to Accounting, Revenue, Billing, Product, Engineering, Data, and Customer Experience—and contribute to income tax compliance and reporting with guidance from experienced teammates. Skills You'll Need to Bring: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, a related field, or equivalent practical experience. At least 3 years of public accounting and/or industry tax experience, with a primary focus on indirect tax compliance and operations. Hands-on experience with indirect tax compliance or operations, especially U.S. sales and use tax, VAT/GST, business taxes, or other non-income-based taxes; this is the foundation for owning Notion’s recurring global work. Experience preparing accurate reconciliations, journal entries, filings, payments, and audit-ready work papers, with the ability to connect activity across source systems and the general ledger. Strong operational judgment: you manage recurring deadlines, investigate exceptions, keep documentation organized, escalate issues promptly, and drive assigned work through completion. Clear written and verbal communication, with a collaborative approach to working across Finance, Accounting, business teams, and external advisors. Curiosity and learning agility, including willingness to build income-tax capability and demonstrated AI fluency—using AI to analyze data, investigate variances, improve documentation, perform quality checks, or automate repeatable workflows while validating outputs and protecting sensitive information. Notion is committed to providing highly competitive cash compensation, equity, and benefits. The compensation offered for this role will be based on multiple factors such as location, the role’s scope and complexity, and the candidate’s experience and expertise, and may vary from the range provided below. For roles based in San Francisco, the estimated base salary range for this role is $135,000 - $155,000 per year. By clicking “Submit Application”, I understand and agree that Notion and its affiliates and subsidiaries will collect and process my information in accordance with Notion’s Global Recruiting Privacy Policy . #LI-Onsite A Note on AI You don’t need deep AI expertise for every role, but we do expect every Notino to be intellectually curious, drawn to tinkering and discovery, and excited to use AI as a real collaborator in their work. For some roles, AI fluency is a core requirement — when that’s the case, we'll say so explicitly in the qualifications. People who thrive here don’t treat AI as a novelty. They use it to think better, and make their work easier for others to build on. Equal Opportunity & Accommodations We hire talented people from a wide range of backgrounds. If you’re excited about this role but don’t meet every bullet, we still encourage you to apply. Notion is an equal opportunity employer and does not discriminate on the basis of any legally protected characteristic. Consistent with applicable law, we will consider for employment qualified applicants with arrest and conviction records. Notion provides reasonable accommodations during the application process; if you need one, please let your recruiter know. Notion is proud to be an equal opportunity employer. We do not discriminate in hiring or any employment decision based on race, color, religion, national origin, age, sex (including pregnancy, childbirth, or related medical conditions), marital status, ancestry, physical or mental disability, genetic information, veteran status, gender identity or expression, sexual orientation, or other applicable legally protected characteristic. Notion considers qualified applicants with criminal histories, consistent with applicable federal, state and local law. Notion is also committed to providing reasonable accommodations for qualified individuals with disabilities and disabled veterans in our job application procedures. If you need assistance or an accommodation due to a disability, please let your recruiter know.
About the role Frontier research runs on more than research alone. Behind every model launch, review, and cross-team program is a web of decisions, priorities, and follow-through that keeps hundreds of researchers moving in the same direction. Research Operations owns that work: we bring clarity to ambiguity, provide stability during change, and continually deepen our domain knowledge so that researchers can spend their time on the problems only they can solve. It is one of the highest-leverage functions at Anthropic. We are hiring an experienced operator to embed with the leadership of our reinforcement learning (RL) organization, the team responsible for training Claude to be more capable, more reliable, and more aligned. You will shape what leadership spends its time on, make sure priority decisions reach the right decision-makers and get made quickly, and clear the path so leaders can focus on the work that matters most. You will report to the Manager of Research Operations and work daily with RL org leaders and their teams. Key responsibilities Own leadership's time. Shape the week around the leaders' specific, most timely priorities, set agendas so meetings are spent on decisions that move the org forward, and cut what isn't critical so leaders stay focused on the areas that are highest-leverage for them. Triage what reaches leadership. Resolve what you can, route what belongs elsewhere, and thoughtfully escalate the rest. Enable wise decision-making and follow through. Give leaders what they need to decide quickly, communicate those decisions to collaborators, and track commitments through to completion. See problems coming. Surface resourcing gaps, technical bottlenecks, and stalled action-items before they become blockers. Scale leadership voice. Meetings are ephemeral; docs are forever. Draft materials for org-wide announcements, programming, and planning sessions. Protect leadership’s time for creating durable comms that set direction in turbulent times. Make the org run better. Find the friction that keeps recurring and find the people who can fix the process behind it. Be a thought partner. Offer honest, candid counsel to leaders, including crisp and kind disagreement. Minimum qualifications Care deeply about Anthropic's mission and let it underpin all judgment calls you make across the org. Technical fluency to engage substantively with researchers: you can follow a discussion about an RL training run, read a set of eval results and form reasonable hypotheses about what they mean, and hold your own in a technical conversation. You don't need to have trained a model yourself, but you should understand the model training process and have the depth to work closely with leading researchers. Clear writing: you turn dense, jargon-heavy material into summaries and plans that technical collaborators across the RL org and beyond can act on An eye for great dashboards: you can look at data visualizations and scope improvements that make lessons at-a-glance clearer and grounded. Strong follow-through and attention to detail; nothing falls through the cracks on your watch. Ability to push back on senior stakeholders to offer strategic guidance as needed, disagree without causing discord, and influence without direct authority. Comfort with ambiguity and a fast-changing environment; you stay steady when the pace is relentless and the stakes are as high as they can possibly be. Experience in an operations, chief of staff, program management, or comparable role supporting senior leaders in a fast-moving technical organization High integrity. This role sits close to decisions that execute on Anthropic’s mission, and you care about getting them right. Preferred qualifications Experience supporting a senior leader directly in a chief of staff or related function Time in a research institution, lab, or other research-heavy organization Track record of anticipating what colleagues and leaders will need and acting on it before being asked Comfort in an environment where the right answer changes hour to hour Experience moving routine operational work to AI agents, or the ability to script and build small tools Familiarity with AI safety or other existential risks. The annual compensation range for this role is listed below. For sales roles, the range provided is the role’s On Target Earnings ("OTE") range, meaning that the range includes both the sales commissions/sales bonuses target and annual base salary for the role. Annual Salary: $210,000 — $260,000 USD Logistics Minimum education: Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education, training, and/or experience Required field of study: A field relevant to the role as demonstrated through coursework, training, or professional experience Minimum years of experience: Years of experience required will correlate with the internal job level requirements for the position Location-based hybrid policy: Currently, we expect all staff to be in one of our offices at least 25% of the time. The compliance team assures regulators and customers that those expectations are met by earning security credentials and responding to direct inquiry about Anthropics security program from auditors, customers and partners. This opportunity is unique, as we work to secure today’s most novel and valuable asset types, we must build a new kind of compliance program, assuring the safety of artificial intelligence capabilities. Key responsibilities Understand how Anthropic's security and privacy capabilities across major cloud platforms implement common frameworks (e.g., NIST 800-53, NIST 800-171, ISO 27001, ISO 27701, CSA CCM, and SOC 2). Build scalable data center and hyperscaler processes and documentation systems that will support future expansion to additional geographies and compliance frameworks. Assess and mitigate security and operational risks, implementing corrective actions, and managing vendor compliance. Coordinate engagements with independent assessors to earn security and privacy certifications and attestations important to Anthropic customers and enterprise partnerships, and to meet regulatory obligations. But if we make you an offer, we will make every reasonable effort to get you a visa, and we retain an immigration lawyer to help with this. And we value impact — advancing our long-term goals of steerable, trustworthy AI — rather than work on smaller and more specific puzzles. We view AI research as an empirical science, which has as much in common with physics and biology as with traditional efforts in computer science. We're an extremely collaborative group, and we host frequent research discussions to ensure that we are pursuing the highest-impact work at any given time. As such, we greatly value communication skills. The easiest way to understand our research directions is to read our recent research. This research continues many of the directions our team worked on prior to Anthropic, including: GPT-3, Circuit-Based Interpretability, Multimodal Neurons, Scaling Laws, AI & Compute, Concrete Problems in AI Safety, and Learning from Human Preferences. Come work with us! Anthropic is a public benefit corporation headquartered in San Francisco. We offer competitive compensation and benefits, optional equity donation matching, generous vacation and parental leave, flexible working hours, and a lovely office space in which to collaborate with colleagues.
