From idea to product, Figma empowers teams to streamline workflows, move faster, and work together in real time from anywhere in the world. If you're excited to shape the future of design and collaboration, join us! At Figma, we're building tools that help teams design, build, and ship better products together. Figma Make enables teams to go from prompt to production code, and the Figma agent is a purpose-built design agent that edits files directly on the Figma canvas. We're looking for deeply technical Product Managers to own the AI Platform that powers Make and the agent: the distributed developer systems behind Figma Make, the agent infrastructure that integrates frontier models and MCP servers, the eval platform that drives continuous quality across our AI suite, and the context platform that personalizes AI outputs to customers' design systems. These roles sit at the intersection of product and infrastructure. If you're excited about developer tooling, systems thinking, and building the foundations that other product teams ship on top of, this role is for you. These are full time roles that can be held from one of our US hubs or remotely in the United States. What you'll do at Figma: You’ll define and drive the platform strategy for one or more areas of the AI platform: the big bets, build-vs-buy calls, and how to sequence it all. Those areas: Search & context: how Figma leverages context from inside and outside our platform while retaining the trust of enterprise customers Integrations platform: how external AI agents (Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor, etc.) access Figma context using our MCP Server & REST APIs, how and when Figma’s AI products appear in other surfaces (Slack, Microsoft Teams, etc.) As you drive platform strategy, you’ll: Influence product roadmaps where platform capabilities create new product opportunities. Partner with EM and tech leads to make key architecture and UX decisions. Talk frequently with product teams , customers, and our partners & vendors, and distill learnings from those conversations into platform commitments. Raise the bar for technical PMs at Figma: pattern-match across the four areas, surface cross-cutting problems, and pull peers and EMs into the calls that need them. We'd love to hear from you if you have: 8-10 years of product management experience working on highly technical products Proven experience shipping developer tools, infrastructure products, or AI-powered technical systems Experience working on AI agent systems, code generation tools, or programmable interfaces Hands-on technical fluency: you've built and shipped things yourself — at work, in side projects, or in open source — and you can read a PR, you can participate actively in architecture conversations Strong systems thinking: you understand how complex components interact and can improve the whole, not just the parts A track record of driving strategy and execution across ambiguous, fast-moving product areas You distill highly technical concepts into clear decisions and direction While it's not required, it's a plus if you also have: Familiarity with modern frontend frameworks, deployment pipelines, or cloud infrastructure Experience scaling platform capabilities across multiple product teams Experience launching enterprise-scale products At Figma, one of our values is Grow as you go. Figma is growing our team of passionate creatives and builders on a mission to make design accessible to all. Figma’s platform helps teams bring ideas to life—whether you're brainstorming, creating a prototype, translating designs into code, or iterating with AI. What you'll do at Figma: You'll help shape how design and code stay in sync, making practical calls on what to prioritize across these areas: Bridge design and code: Own how designs become production-ready code, and how code changes flow back onto the Figma canvas — building a round-trip that's increasingly powered by agents rather than manual handoff. Raise the bar on our MCP server: Drive the quality and performance of the platform developers rely on today, making it faster and more capable as more of product development shifts into code. Build for continuous quality: Define the evals and infrastructure that measure how well we translate between design and code, so the experience gets measurably better week over week. Grow with our customers: Expand adoption while developing a deep understanding of enterprise workflows, and deliver output that teams can trust at scale. We'd love to hear from you if you have: 5+ years in product management, owning products from concept through launch Shipped measurable quality improvements to a product — and can point to the metrics that moved and how you moved them The ability to read and reason about code, and to hold your own in technical design discussions on how AI systems (agents, LLMs, MCP) work Led a cross-functional team through delivery of a major initiative end to end, including presenting outcomes to executives Experience working directly with enterprise customers to understand their workflows and turn what you learn into shipped product Background building design tools, developer tools, or AI-powered coding products At Figma, one of our values is Grow as you go. We believe in hiring smart, curious people who are excited to learn and develop their skills. If you're excited to shape the future of design and collaboration, join us! Figma is looking for a Product Marketing Manager to own the audience intelligence and messaging architecture that underpins how we go to market. This is not a role that owns a single product launch. It is the role that makes every launch more coherent, more targeted, and more effective. This person builds the systems: the persona frameworks, the central messaging architecture, the shared vocabulary that Launch PMMs, DG, and sales teams draw from. They operate at the horizontal layer, maintaining the narrative thread that connects Figma's growing portfolio into a single, legible story for each audience we serve. This is a full time role that can be held from one of our US hubs or remotely in the United States.
