About Supabase Supabase is the Postgres development platform, built by developers for developers. We provide a complete backend solution including Database, Auth, Storage, Edge Functions, Realtime, and Vector Search. All services are deeply integrated and designed for growth. About the Role We're looking for a Release Engineer (SRE) to join our Release Engineering team (part of EngOps) — a production-operations expert who brings an SRE mindset to how Supabase ships and runs, making deploys safe, observable, and recoverable at scale. Release Engineering's scope has grown well beyond build-and-ship: we increasingly own the operational reliability of the systems that deploy and run Supabase. In this role you'll treat our deployment pipelines, pre-production signal, and the control plane itself as production systems — with SLOs, error budgets, and on-call ownership — and you'll be the person teams lean on when reliability is on the line. This is not a "gatekeeper" role. You'll make the reliable path the easy path: standardising how we deploy, instrumenting what we ship, and ensuring that when something breaks, we detect it quickly and recover quickly. What You'll Be Responsible For In this role, you'll: Own the reliability of Supabase's deployment and release systems, and the control plane they run on, against clear SLOs and error budgets Turn pre-production into a trustworthy signal — standardizing and instrumenting today's fragmented, ad-hoc deployment workflows Drive disaster-recovery readiness, including making environments reproducibly deployable from scratch (untangling undocumented secrets, unclear configuration ownership, and circular service dependencies) Build and operate health and SLO monitoring for critical user flows, using synthetic testing to catch regressions before customers do Reduce mean-time-to-detect and mean-time-to-recover for deploy-related incidents — which account for a large share of our incident load Participate in on-call, lead blameless postmortems, and turn findings into runbooks, alerting, and automation that remove toil Improve deployment observability and auditability — a clear record of what shipped where, when, and by whom Document operational procedures — break-glass paths, access models, and runbooks — so reliability knowledge isn't tribal Reliability & Operations Define and track SLAs, SLOs, error budgets, and DORA delivery metrics — with meaningful alerting over noise Ensure deployments fail fast and safely when health checks degrade Harden access and break-glass workflows (e.g. scoped self-service) so the right people can act in an incident without unsafe workarounds Partner with product engineering and platform teams to align release practices with reliability and availability targets You Might Be a Good Fit If You Have 5+ years in SRE, production operations, platform engineering, or release engineering Have operated production systems at scale and carried on-call for them Are fluent in SLAs, SLOs, error budgets, DORA metrics, and operational KPIs — and the observability tooling behind them (Prometheus, Grafana, Alertmanager, or similar) Have led incident response with tooling like incident.io (or PagerDuty / Opsgenie), run blameless postmortems, and driven down MTTD/MTTR Operate confidently on AWS (multiple accounts, IAM, VPC) in production Are comfortable with infrastructure-as-code (Pulumi, Terraform) and Kubernetes Script and automate to eliminate toil rather than absorb it Communicate clearly with both infrastructure specialists and product engineers Thrive in async, globally distributed teams Are comfortable navigating ambiguity and iterating toward better systems over time What We Offer Fully Remote We hire globally. We believe you can do your best work from anywhere. There are no Supabase offices, but we provide a WeWork membership or co-working allowance you can use anywhere in the world. ESOP Every team member receives ESOP (equity ownership) in the company. We want everyone to share in the upside of what we’re building together. Tech Allowance Use this budget to set up your ideal work environment—laptop, monitor, headphones, or whatever helps you do your best work. Health Benefits Supabase covers 100% of health insurance for employees and 80% for dependents, wherever you are. Your wellbeing and your family’s health are important to us. Annual Off-Sites Once a year, the entire company gathers in a new city for a week of connection, collaboration, and fun. It’s a highlight of our year. Flexible Work We operate asynchronously and trust you to manage your own time. You know what needs to be done and when. Professional Development Every team member receives an annual education allowance to spend on learning—courses, books, conferences, or anything that supports your growth. About the Team Supabase was born-remote and open-source-first. We believe our globally distributed team is our secret weapon in building tools developers love. ~400 team members 60+ countries 20+ languages spoken Over $1B raised (including our $500M Series F) 540,000+ community members We move fast, build in public, and use what we ship. If it’s in your project, we probably use it in ours too. We believe deeply in the open-source ecosystem and strive to support—not replace—existing tools and communities.

This is a full time role based out of our New York hub. What you’ll do at Figma Weave: Own event strategy: which events we show up at, why, and how each ties back to either brand awareness or enterprise pipeline At major industry conferences, own content, branding, speaking sessions, and awareness goals, partnering with Figma's central demand-gen team on lead gen, sales enablement, and booth execution Own Weave's standalone events end to end — third-party conference presence built specifically for Weave, and executive programs — coordinating with Figma's broader field marketing and regional teams Build and manage the events budget, accountable for both awareness and pipeline outcomes Work directly with sales to tie event activity to lead generation and pipeline goals Manage agencies and vendors — you own the brief and the outcome, not the physical build Represent Weave in front of VP+ stakeholders at events and executive programs Track and report on event performance, from reach and awareness to pipeline contribution We'd love to hear from you if you have: Experience running enterprise or industry events, from strategy through execution Comfort working alongside sales on a pipeline-driven motion — you speak the language sales and sales enablement use Experience managing agencies and service providers to deliver on a brief, without doing the physical production yourself Confidence engaging directly with senior (VP+) stakeholders, internally and externally The ability to work inside a larger partner ecosystem — coordinating with internal teams and external vendors rather than building everything independently While it’s not required, it’s an added plus if you also have: Experience in creative tech, design platforms, or AI tools Experience building brand awareness campaigns alongside a pipeline-focused events motion At Figma, one of our values is Grow as you go. We believe in hiring smart, curious people who are excited to learn and develop their skills. About the Team GTM Growth Engineering builds AI-native products that help OpenAI's go-to-market and B2B marketing organizations scale with greater speed, intelligence, and operational effectiveness. We apply OpenAI models to real business workflows and build the systems that make those applications useful and dependable: customer context, agent behavior, feedback, evaluation, experimentation, and appropriate human oversight. Our work brings together software engineering, applied AI, product, data, and GTM operations. We measure success through the quality of customer engagement, pipeline, conversion, and the effectiveness of our sales and marketing teams. About the Role We're looking for an Applied AI Engineer to build production systems that help AI-powered go-to-market workflows improve over time. You will connect agent behavior, customer and operator feedback, evaluation, experimentation, and business outcomes to make these systems more effective, reliable, and responsive to evolving customer needs. This is a deeply technical, cross-functional role with end-to-end ownership of the agent improvement loop: understand production behavior, identify failure modes, improve how the system decides or acts, and validate the resulting impact. You will partner with Engineering, Product, Data Science, Sales, and B2B Marketing to turn real-world signals into safer, more effective agent behavior and measurable improvements in customer engagement, conversion, qualified pipeline, and team productivity. In this role, you will: Own the production improvement loop across agent behavior, customer and operator feedback, evaluation, experimentation, and verified business outcomes. Instrument agent workflows so model interactions, tool use, decisions, failures, human edits, and downstream outcomes can be understood in context. Define meaningful quality standards, representative evaluation datasets, regression coverage, and production monitoring for real GTM workflows. Investigate why agents underperform across context, knowledge, instructions, tools, routing, guardrails, or workflow design. Design and ship targeted behavior improvements, including changes to prompting, context construction, decision logic, tool use, and human-review paths. Build backend services, APIs, data models, and feedback pipelines that make agent behavior observable, steerable, and reproducible. Run controlled experiments, production replays, or staged rollouts to measure whether changes improve quality and downstream business results. Partner with Product, Data Science, Sales, and B2B Marketing to prioritize high-value problems and define customer and business success. Ship with appropriate safeguards for privacy, security, reliability, human oversight, and safe operational rollout. You might be a great fit if you have: 4+ years of software, backend, applied AI, or product-engineering experience building reliable production systems. Experience building AI agents, LLM-powered applications, or other model-driven workflows that operated on real production traffic. Experience diagnosing and improving agent behavior using production traces, user feedback, evaluation, experimentation, or careful systems design. Practical experience with evaluation design, regression testing, human or model grading, online quality signals, or controlled experiments. Strong backend engineering skills across Python, APIs, data pipelines, stateful workflows, and production services. Strong product judgment and the ability to connect technical changes to customer experience, conversion, qualified pipeline, or operational efficiency. Comfort working across model behavior, context, knowledge, tools, workflow state, and human-in-the-loop decisions. The ability to work closely with technical and non-technical partners across Engineering, Product, Data Science, Sales, and B2B Marketing. A pragmatic mindset: you can scope ambiguous problems, ship useful improvements, and build toward a durable system. You Might Thrive If You want to build AI systems that improve from real usage instead of stopping at a successful prototype. You enjoy tracing messy production failures back to the decision, context, tool interaction, or workflow issue that caused them. You think evaluation is valuable when it helps teams make better product decisions and improve real outcomes. You are comfortable moving between applied AI, backend engineering, experimentation, and product judgment. You like partnering with operators, sales teams, and marketers to understand the work your systems need to improve. You can move from an ambiguous problem to a focused experiment, measured result, and durable implementation. You care about trustworthy deployment, clear human-review paths, and reliable production systems. Nice to Have Experience building agent evaluation, observability, experimentation, or AI infrastructure products. Experience with production replay, LLM grading, human-labeled datasets, shadow evaluation, or staged rollout. Experience improving model or agent behavior through context design, prompting, tools, decision logic, or feedback loops. Experience with sales, B2B marketing, revenue, CRM, campaign, or other GTM-facing systems. Experience measuring customer engagement, qualified pipeline, conversion, or operational efficiency. About the Team The Early Access Program (EAP) team leads high-impact alpha programs at the intersection of customers, Product, Research, Engineering, GTM, Security, Legal, and launch teams. We partner with customers to test emerging capabilities with real-world use cases, surface actionable insights, and support launch decisions. Our team is made up of builders who learn quickly, collaborate deeply, create clarity in ambiguity, communicate openly, and iterate constantly. About the Role We’re hiring an Early Access Deployment Engineer to lead technical engagements with customers who are leveraging our frontier capabilities to solve real-world use cases. You will work at the earliest—and often messiest—stage of development, when capabilities are still unclear, tooling and processes are evolving, and the path from promising technology to a valuable real-world application has yet to be defined. You will be a hands-on builder, problem solver, and technical partner to customers and our research/product team. You’ll push beyond initial assumptions, identify high-value use cases, prototype solutions, design useful evaluations, and troubleshoot what is and is not working. Managing multiple customer engagements at once, you will help customers navigate ambiguity and difficult technical decisions while translating their experience into clear, actionable feedback for Research and Product. You will also own the end-to-end execution of early access programs—from onboarding customers, supporting live experimentation, synthesizing findings, and informing launch decisions. You’ll collaborate deeply with Research, Product, Engineering, Applied Evals, GTM, Legal, Security, Marketing, and other launch partners to create clarity, manage risk, and keep programs moving through changing conditions. Success in this role means turning frontier capabilities into real-world customer value and high-quality research signals. You will develop reusable technical approaches from early deployments, improve how OpenAI learns from customers, and provide strong PoV, based on customer feedback, on what should be built, refined, or scaled. This role is based in San Francisco. We use a hybrid work model of three days in the office per week and offer relocation assistance to new employees. In this role, you will: Engage deeply with strategic customers during the earliest alpha stages to understand their goals, workflows, technical constraints, and highest-value opportunities. Translate emerging and ambiguous model capabilities into scoped use cases, working prototypes, and clear success criteria. Prototype rapidly with customers, Product, and Research through experiment-driven iteration. Design and support evaluations that reveal model behavior, solution quality, workflow impact, and failure modes. Evaluate and troubleshoot based feedback across product, model behavior to determine patterns and gaps Own early access program execution end to end, from customer onboarding and live experimentation through synthesis and launch decisions. Align Research, Product, Engineering, GTM, Legal, Security, Marketing, and launch teams by communicating risks, tradeoffs, and recommendations clearly. Codify architectures, evaluation methods, technical patterns, and program learnings into reusable playbooks that improve future deployments. You might thrive in this role if you: Have 4+ years of software engineering or equivalent technical experience, including meaningful customer-facing delivery and ownership of production systems. Have a track record of rapidly turning ambiguous ideas into working prototypes and carrying the strongest approaches through to reliable solutions. Can demonstrate examples of systems thinking. Be proficient in Python and/or JavaScript or TypeScript, comfortable across modern front-end and back-end development, and familiar with cloud deployment. Bring practical AI and LLM depth, including experience reasoning about model behavior, designing evaluations, and building production-oriented AI applications. Exercise strong product and customer judgment by identifying the highest-value problem, scoping the right experiment, separating signal from noise, and balancing speed with technical integrity. Own problems end to end, learn unfamiliar technical or domain concepts quickly, and impose useful structure without waiting for perfect information. Manage several high-stakes technical engagements at once while anticipating blockers, adapting plans, and maintaining momentum across customers and internal teams. Communicate complex ideas with clarity and empathy, challenge assumptions constructively, and build trust with technical and non-technical stakeholders. About the Team The legal industry team works with law firms, in-house legal departments, legal technology companies, and other members of the legal ecosystem to understand how AI can support serious professional work. The team collaborates across Product, Research, Engineering, Design, Go-to-Market, Partnerships, Safety, Security, and Legal. We believe the strongest progress in legal will be built with the ecosystem. Our goal is to help customers and partners use OpenAI's capabilities in ways that are useful, trustworthy, and complementary to the products, expertise, and relationships that already serve the field. About the Role As a Product Manager you will help lead OpenAI's work with the legal industry. This is a high-ownership, hands-on role for someone who can turn incomplete information into clear priorities and shipped work. We’re looking for people who will spend time with customers and partners, work closely with researchers, engineers, designers, and operators, and keep complex work moving across teams. You will have meaningful ownership, but your success will depend as much on collaboration, follow-through, and judgment as on strategy. Success will depend on detailed, behind-the-scenes work in a fast-moving environment that can sometimes be chaotic. The right person will work very hard, get their hands dirty, and stay calm when the path is unclear. The work is also important and substantive: you will help shape how powerful technology is used in a consequential profession. This role is based in San Francisco, CA. We use a hybrid work model of 3 days in the office per week and offer relocation assistance to new employees. In this role, you will: Turn customer, partner, market, and model evidence into a clear product strategy and roadmap for OpenAI’s work with the legal industry—including what to build, what not to build, and where ecosystem partners should lead. Define requirements and take products from early concept through real-world use and iteration. Lead execution across Research, Engineering, Design, Safety, Security, FDE, Go-to-Market, and Partnerships—resolving ambiguity, surfacing tradeoffs, inspecting outputs, and closing the detailed loops required to ship trustworthy products. You might thrive in this role if you: Have personally built and shipped zero-to-one enterprise, developer, or AI products, and stay close to users, product behavior, and the unglamorous details that determine whether something actually works. Combine strong product judgment with technical curiosity: you can reason from model and evaluation evidence, distinguish model, data, workflow, trust, and delivery problems, and change direction when the facts change. Earn credibility with demanding practitioners and partners, collaborate with low ego across teams you do not manage, and bring clarity, pace, and calm to complex, fast-moving work. Legal or regulated-industry experience is helpful, but a J.D. is not required. Reporting to the Global Travel Security Manager, you will be the regional lead for travel security matters across APAC. You will work closely with Corporate Security, Protective Intelligence, Finance, People, Legal, Immigration, Global Mobility, Communications, Information Security, and external providers. Lead the travel security response to medical emergencies, security incidents, natural disasters, civil unrest, airspace or transport disruption, and other events affecting travelers. Maintain regional procedures, playbooks, decision triggers, communications, training, exercises, and after-action reviews. Manage travel risk, medical and security assistance, intelligence, secure transport, and other specialist providers, including service quality, escalation paths, and performance reviews. Use travel management, traveler tracking, mass communication, intelligence, and case-management tools effectively, with close attention to booking-data quality, privacy, access, and operational resilience. Partner with travelers and business teams to deliver proportionate security measures that are clear, practical, and sensitive to the traveler experience. Use metrics, operational reviews, automation, and carefully governed AI tools to improve service quality, consistency, speed, and scale. You might thrive in this role if you have: 8+ years of directly relevant experience in corporate travel security or travel risk management, including recent ownership of a regional or global program. This role requires depth in travel security experience. Demonstrated end-to-end ownership of travel security operations, including risk assessment, pre-travel preparation, high-risk travel, active-trip monitoring, traveler tracking, emergency assistance, incident response, and crisis support. Substantial operating experience across multiple APAC subregions and the judgment to adapt global standards to different legal, cultural, infrastructure, and risk environments. Proven experience leading significant traveler incidents and supporting complex, fast-moving crises involving incomplete information and multiple stakeholders. Strong analytical skills and experience translating intelligence into clear recommendations, decision points, traveler communications, and operational actions. Hands-on experience with travel management data, traveler tracking or mass communication platforms, medical and security assistance services, intelligence tools, and related workflows. Experience managing external providers and working effectively across global, cross-functional, and geographically distributed teams. Excellent written and spoken English, with the ability to brief senior leaders and communicate calmly and clearly with travelers under pressure. Sound judgment, discretion, and the ability to operate independently while knowing when and how to escalate. Nice to have: Deeper operating experience in East Asia, or professional capability in an additional APAC language. Experience applying ISO 31030 or a comparable travel risk management framework. Practical experience using data, workflow automation, or AI-assisted tools to improve travel security operations, with appropriate validation and human oversight. About the Team The B2B Marketing team is responsible for helping businesses understand, adopt, and get value from OpenAI’s products. B2B marketing is a major and growing priority for OpenAI as we scale our work with companies, developers, and institutions around the world. About the Role Within B2B Marketing, Demand Generation builds the integrated, full-funnel engine that connects audience insights, content, field and digital experiences, paid media, lifecycle, and sales follow-through to qualified pipeline. We partner closely with Sales, Partnerships, Product Marketing, Communications, Creative, Web, RevOps, Analytics, and regional teams to create a cohesive customer experience and scale what works. You’ll own audience strategy, portfolio design, programming principles, conversion paths, and performance recommendations while partnering closely with a Webinar Marketing Manager on production and delivery. This is a hands-on role for a strategic operator who can create compelling experiences and build the pre-event, live, and post-event systems required to turn engagement into qualified demand. Designing experiences for specific buyer needs and journey stages, with a clear value exchange, CTA, follow-up path, and connection to broader campaigns. Partnering with Product Marketing, Content, speakers, customers, and subject-matter experts to create differentiated programs that make complex AI topics useful and concrete. Working closely with the Webinar Marketing Manager and production partners to translate strategy into clear briefs, run-of-show requirements, launch plans, QA, and delivery standards. Building integrated pre- and post-event motions across paid, email, web, social, SDR, Sales, and account-based channels to reach the right audiences and sustain momentum. Establishing qualification, routing, seller context, and follow-up expectations so high-intent engagement receives timely and relevant action. You might thrive in this role if you have: 10+ years of experience across B2B webinars, digital events, experience marketing, content programming, or integrated campaigns, ideally within a complex or technical category. A track record of building programs that create qualified demand and pipeline—not simply registrations, attendance, or engagement. Strong understanding of audience strategy, programming, speaker development, digital attendee journeys, promotion, production, follow-up, and measurement. Experience leading complex cross-functional programs with executives, subject-matter experts, customers, agencies, technical partners, and sales teams. Excellent editorial judgment and the ability to translate sophisticated ideas into clear, compelling audience experiences. Strong analytical discipline and comfort using audience, engagement, conversion, and pipeline data to make portfolio and investment decisions. The ability to balance strategic planning with hands-on problem solving in high-visibility, fast-moving environments. Genuine curiosity about AI and its potential to improve experience design, content workflows, audience intelligence, and personalization. Workplace & Location This role is based in San Francisco, CA. Identifying and validating new demand channels through structured pilots with clear hypotheses, guardrails, success thresholds, and scale-or-stop decisions. A track record of managing meaningful budgets and improving qualified pipeline, ROI, CAC efficiency, conversion, or revenue outcomes. Strong quantitative judgment across forecasting, experimentation, incrementality, attribution, funnel analysis, and budget optimization. The ability to set B2B strategy and provide clear execution direction while partnering effectively with a Performance Marketing team that owns channel activation, optimization, and day-to-day media operations. Excellent communication and influence across Finance, Sales, RevOps, Analytics, Creative, Product Marketing, Web, and executive stakeholders.
